That is a fantastic result and you can see that with time it will definitely heal to leave no scar, I'm very impressed. What Salve and other natural oils did you use please?
what was the result of the biopsy that you took to the doctor? those rolled edges look either like a basal cell carcinoma remnant or wound. A punch biopsy might have reduced the near cellulitic looking wound, near your eye. Aldara works well also. I think the black salve caused a larger scar than what a dermatologist would find. The face is the most dangerous place to have a cancerous lesion and not get it all, it can migrate literaly to your nasal passages and metastasize into the brain.
@NPcindy Never, ever, ever, use Aldara above the shoulders, and never, ever, ever on broken skin!!!!!!! Aldara can actually cause cancer!!!! It is highly dangerous!!!!! If used on broken skin it can poison your whole body for the rest of your life, or it can kill you!!!! Black Salve has been used for 2000 years and has never harmed anyone!!
This spot was small and not to bad, but using black salve you have to be extremely careful with it. You don't want to put to much on and leave it on for very long, also I wouldn't put it on anything to close to eyes or nose or anything to large. Black salve is corrosive as it may be the kind with chloride of zinc in it, which is basically an acid. Blood root however, is used by Indians in many remedy's as it draws medicine quickly into blood stream. So it can be dangerous.
You know, I think it only bled because you pulled the last chunk out. I've seen other videos and when they let it fall out on its own the hole looked like healthy tissue with no blood.
Oh love! How I wish you would have 'waited' and not pulled it out!... that 'tiny string' is/was still actually pulling out the Cancer!. I'm so fearful you didn't get it all & with Cancer you HAVE to get it all. I have photos to document my journey with Bloodroot that SAVED my Life from advanced Systemic Cancer that began with a lifetime mole (such as yours).
Can I ask which band aids did you use? I know of someone who had a severe reaction like burns from so called hypoallergenic sensitive skin round clear band aids.
I have a tiny mole, almost in the exact place as yours but under my right eye. I've been thinking about doing this for a while now. I would need to know everything you used before and afterwards and where you got them, if possible. :-)
Once this area is healed, I think it is worth doing again. Leave the Salve on, covered for at least 24 hours. Just looking at it, I don't think it has gone as deep as it needs to. Still....you must be relieved that you took action. Good luck
I don't think you should have pulled it out. I think you should have let the salve get down to the very end of the roots. How does it look now? Any scarring?
@mygoldfishrocks - I agree with you; however, the last little bit that I pulled out was much much smaller than the original growth. I do wish I had waited for ALL of it though! It was just starting to drive me crazy. :)
I have been faithful about taking pictures of the healing process and need to upload those soon! I do not have a scar, but the area is a tad pinker than the rest of the skin around it. I do believe this will fade in time. :) Will upload soon!
BTW- The music is Enya/Enigma's "Delerium." I had a hard time deciding what music goes with "I'm-eating-a-big-hole-in-the-side-of-my-face" so I just randomly stuck something on there. Enjoy! :)
