@lilblitz Sunni Islam is a waste. Shia Islam follows the teachings of the Prophet, and after his passing his family's teachings(most accurate and closets teachings to the Prophet). Sunni Islam follows the teachings of the Prophets friends, such as Omar, Othman etc. who took the Islamic rule from Ali (and his family) the Prophet's cousin and his rightful chosen preceder after his death.

@lilblitz Abu Baker, after the Prophet died decided, to use a voting system (based on who was most powerful and rich) to chose the next preceder or governor of the Islamic religion. Since he was powerful, old and rich, he thought, "who else but me." This was the view back in the day, that it doesn't matter if you are a descendant of the Prophet, if you are not old and powerful you can't govern Islam. They held this belief during the time of Omar, Othman, Abu Baker etc.

@lilblitz But nope this did not matter to Abu Baker, Omar etc. They wanted to rule and they voted themselves in first and left Ali to rule and govern Islam last of all 5 of them. (Was it jealousy because Ali was so dear to the Prophet? Maybe?). Now a days in countries such as Saudi Arabia, which supports Sunni Islam and are descendants of Abu Baker, Omar etc follow a different monarchic rule to government in their own land. They use hereditary monarchies.

The issue is the man is a shia, they are in many cases not muslim because of there actions like praying to graves. The extremist groups (referred to as terrorists) interpret Islamic school of thought and hadith (teachings) of the prophet in a 'black and white' manner. In other words, they interpret everything in a literal sense.

@j3uabc They get round the pork in Acts 10. Alcohol not forbidden in general, but drunkeness frowned on by some bible writers. Alcohol used in both Christian and Jewish rituals. Jesus is recorded in the gospels as drinking wine.

However, in both the Old and New Testaments, it is recorded that the Jews drank alcohol; drunkeness was known, but condemned. Probably the serious social problems of today weren't an issue then.
