  • Obama is nothing but a fraud.

  • Holy shit you look just like VFX

  • This makes me suspect that Chicago politics might not be as virtuous as I had previous been led to believe... Oh wait, Chicago politics and politicians have NEVER been accused of being virtuous.

  • Chicago controls Cook County, and Chicago runs the State of IL.

  • So what are we going to do as Americans? Keep turning a blind eye? Get smacked in the face, again, and again?

  • Good stuff.

  • "The spirit of party is disunion."

    -George Washington

  • He was such a good governor his first year and then it just went downhill and hasn't stopped falling. He makes Ryan seem good...and thats scarry.

  • IT'S A SHOWDOWN!

    LIVE ACTION

    MEXICO CITY VS. CHICAGO

    SMACKDOWN

you watch and see i'm right.

  • Conservation Groups Challenge Bush Administration's Gutting of ESA George W. Bush, the worst-ever president for fish and the environment in the nation's history, will leave office the same way he came in - with yet another attack on the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and other environmental laws.

The Bush administration finalized a rule change today that greatly weakens the ESA, the only law that stands between many imperiled fish, wildlife and plant populations and extinction.

    4 DAYS Dec19

  • As you say, "not directly involved" - but truly "completely unaware"? I think Obama probably was unaware of the details, but deliberately so. He'd distanced himself from Blagojevich because he knew the SOB would try something. Did that distancing give Blagojevich the signal that "wink, wink, I'm not looking..."? I don't believe it was the intent, but it may have been the result. Good vlog.

  • I hope Obama isn't just another Chicago politician, but if he turns out to be it won't be a huge shock. Hindsight being 20/20we'll see that the writing was already on the wall.

  • You don't know what Obama knew. And even if he knows about some of the corruption - it's no more than any other politician knows. Point is, you can find no wrong doing by Obama. This is all about the moron governor - a total turd. As far as the bail thing - it's mostly about flight risk. But yeah, they should have made the governor's a million bucks just to indicate the seriousness of the crime.

  • iwouldnt say we are the worst in the U.S. but you are right every1 does know about the corruption in politics not only in illinois but around the country. i do believe that Obama knew something about it Blagojevich has been under investigation for about 3 years w/ a 13% aproval rating. Obama also chose not 2 have his own governen campain 4 him (when he had tons of others) & wouldnt even accept his financial contribution so clearly he knew somehting was up but what did u expect him 2 do?

  • he also chose to put emmanuel as his chief of staff and he is DEEP into the chicago machine. Jesse Jackson Jr as well, his national co-chair. and axelrod was mayor daley's biggest defender, he ran obama's campaign. so he also chose to bring many of his won aboard.

  • bo is much worse than blag i cant believe this a big deal its not like he sat in a racist cult and bought his wife a job and voter fraud and on and on. If the democrates wanted someone with any ethics or experience they would have voted Nater.

  • Your friend's bail was that high because he was caught red-handed when they tested him for alchol. Although this scumbag is going down in the long run for trying to sell the seat, at that time and now I believe it's just alligations until the actual court decides, even with the transcript. DUI is a serious fucking offense, even if the level is not high but just slightly over the limit...I really don't see some contrasting irony there with this current incident, but agree with everything else.

  • selling a senate eat isnt serious?

  • corruption and politician go together like salt and french fries. the question of any politician isn't are they corrupt, but who are they corrupted by and how much so.

  • I mean he knew, he knew and maybe thats not so bad, but saying that he didnt, is what gets me. Its all such a downplay of what should be considered a highcrime. Cmon!

  • That's crazy bail for a Dui in Mass is $40

  • There is something refreshingly honest about the outright sale of a Senate seat. Government and politics is all about theft, power, force and self-aggrandizement pursued under the guise of high ideals. It's for the people, the poor, the children. For once the curtain was ripped aside and we see it all for what it is.

  • Just caught a news report this morning that he's been asked to step down or face impeachment. Frankly, I don't think that's harsh enough punishment.

I've long since given up believing that any politician isn't corrupt in some way. It's pessimistic, yes, but at least they can't disappoint me again.

And will Chicago EVER not be run by a Daley??

  • Actually there was a period in the late 70;s Where a Daley was NOT Mayor...The female candidate won the election on the fact the Daley Political machine did nothing during the Blizzard in 77or78 to handle the emergency .

  • How quickly I forget - Jane Byrne!

I was living out there during those years, and that blizzard is forever etched into my memory ("burned into my memory" sounded too much like a pun).

  • battim plz make more Videos!

  • I do not think he knew about it, but it is very possible that he did. Many lie cheat and steal everyday and ombama isnt different than anyone else. I think everyone that supports obama does not want to think that he knew anything, because the state that we are in is really sad. We all do need something to make us believe everything is okay. All people that dont support him are obviously taking the pot shots at him.

  • More ad hominem "guilt by association" bullshit?

    Sigh...

Gonna be a long four years.

  • who said anything about guilt? more assumptions are i said i dont think he did anything wrong. you're right, four long years...coming from the guy who contantly brings up halliburton...lol

  • btw rezko is not an association, he is a business partner. but keep those rose colored glasses on...lol

  • Haliburton? Not sure where you're going with that one.

You do say that you don't think he's done anything wrong, but then you go on to imply that he must have done *something* wrong. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink... which allows you to smear Obama without producing any evidence.

I guess I'm just picky about having some evidence before forming opinions. You seem to already have an opinion - one that you're eager to find some way of supporting.

  • i did not. lol. i said he's part of a corrupt machine that he knows everything about. either he's naieve or the smartest guy in the room, which is it?

  • And his (supposed) knowledge of "everything" makes him complicit, right? I mean, that's the unspoken implication you're after.

  • isnt that the definition of complicit? to comply with corruption. you mean to tell me obama's wife salary being doubled after he pushed through funding of the organization she worked for and the land deal rezko worked out isn't part of that patronage and corruption? again, is he the dumbest guy in the room or the smartest, make up your mind...

  • lol... dude. I don't know. You just said you didn't make the implication, and now you're clearly making it. You tell me which it is.

  • simply because he is a cog is a slimy political machine doesnt make him guilty of THIS crime. Just certainly knowledgable and complicit in the slimy and corrupt machine. The side of the aisle makesw no difference. His cabinet certainly signals "change" lol. all those machine folks in one room with him...even a neocon to boot.

  • You just made my point for me by restating it. Thank you.

When the Obama administration lies us into a war, commits treason by revealing the identity of a CIA agent, fires US attorneys for political purposes, detains and tortures individuals without due process, appoints industry insiders to run all aspects of the government, runs the economy into the ground and generally FAILS in every way possible, then I'll start harping on him right along with you.

Until then, I'll sit back and watch.

  • you crack me up...

noon lied...intel all over the world was sating the same thing. putin even backed up his intel was saying the same thing about hussein. they lied about genocide agaist the kurds? cmon. industry insiders ran obamas capmaign, fannie and freddie. the economy was a word scale fuck up that started with clintons loose credit policies that obama backed while in chicago. but keep criking the koolaid.

  • he already said we are doubling forces in afghanistan for those piplelines they want to build...

  • Actually Afghanistan is the war we should have been concentrating our fighting all along. From what I understand we had a few good opportunties to get Bin Laden. The higher ups cancelled the attacks. Sorry, but until we create some type of alternative fuel that supplies our way of life the coming wars are going to be about recources. Same shit different century. Welcome to being human, not right, left, libertarian, just human.

  • i didnt make any point the point you made is i said he was guilty of this crime. lol. and the clitnos and gates and half that cabinet, including his entire security council supported the war. lol. his sec of state was a huge supporter of the war. oh so funny.

  • Why does every exchange with you feel like a game of Libertarian Troll Bingo?

  • youre calling me a troll because i call your side of the ailse out? lol. see the tribune article, apparently emmanuel was deep in conversations with old boggie. and obama knew nothing of those conversations? lol.

  • I'm pointing out that the "Pox on both houses" position is the easiest game in in the book, and it seems like that's what you try to do over and over.

  • I was thinking that the "My side is always right, but your side is always wrong" position is the easiest game in the book. I'd rather be like Tim and all the rest of us who think both sides manufacture some serious bullshit instead of exhausting myself with all that sweeping under the rug, running that excuse mill and playing Hide the Scandal.

  • To the contrary, I've made excuses for nothing. I'm certainly not in favor of sweeping anything under the rug. I simply require eveidence.

  • You require evidence? OK. You are seemingly a bit ruffled that Tim brought Barry's name into this and you seemingly are a staunch supporter of Barry's. Here's evidence - Barry's top dog Axlerod said in a press conference only weeks ago that Barry met Blagojevich to discuss the seat. Blagojevich's crime came to light and that same day Barry announced he never met with Blagojevich.

  • Now, while I don't believe Barry was in on the crime, why did he or Axlerod lie about meeting with Blagojevich? Why is Rahm Emanuel on audio tape discussing the seat with Blagojevich? How did Blagojevich know that Barry's people would offer nothing more than their "appreciation" if he didn't ask for something more and that's the answer he got? Even though Barry most likely didn't engage in the deal making for his seat, why the lies about even meeting with Blagojevich?

  • It concerns me a great deal that each time Barry is on the outskirts of scandal, he claims ignorance. I find it alarming that a man so oblivious to his surroundings is about to run this country.

  • Who's Barry? First I've heard of it. I'm not a supporter of "Barry". I'm not ruffled in the least. I think you have some wires crossed.

  • Who's Barry? LMAO! Am I the only person who goes beyond media smoke screens and takes the time to read a candidate's life history to learn what the person is made of before deciding my vote?

  • You're not ruffled that Tim brought Barry's name into this? Well, then my apologies, it was your original comment which lead me to believe so. You wrote...

"More ad hominem "guilt by association" bullshit? Sigh... Gonna be a long four years."

Well, it was that and your ongoing comments on each of Tim's political videos that have you coming off as blanketly defending Barry.

  • By the way, I provided you with evidence of the excuse mill and sweeping under the rug....no comment?

  • I had no idea that Obama used to go by the name Barry. You really got me there. Hoo boy. Have any more tangental obscure references you want to make?

  • My calling Barry by that name is what I've done since he became a serious contender; you flatter yourself to think I did it to pull one over on you. Obscure reference? Anyone who did their homework this election would know who Barry is. I see you still don't answer the questions I asked. No, you just want to be contrary and argue. Let me know when you can stay on discussion and address the points made to you.

  • lol. no following leaders like sheep and not fighting for the good is the easy way out. sometimes the things you say are so assinine man. its easy to go hit a lever for the establishment, its quite another to look for real change. you dont get that, you never will.

  • The two party system is here to stay, like it or not. Come and talk to me when you get the constitution amended and there is a possibility for a third party candidate.

Being a centrist isn't about constantly trying to find ways to tear down the party in office. It's about being pragmatic and trying to make the best of less than ideal situations.

Unfortunately that wasn't possible last time around, but I am more hopeful this time. Obviously YMMV.

  • This comment goes to show how out of touch you really are with the person you're judging. I'm not a third party person, but I am who expects the two dominating parties to stop being such liars, con artists, thieves, etc. I don't tear down the party in office, I tear down the person if I believe they're not the person for the job. Barry isn't the person for the job.

  • Parties mean nothing to me, it's the individual actions I focus on. Making the best of a less than ideal situations? You mean excuse bullshit and sweep it under the rug? No, thanks. Sorry, I can't stop laughing at your statement there, make the best of less than ideal situations.... you mean take it and shut up? Are you kidding me?

  • Your logic (make the best) is excellent advice in many life situations, but is foolish to apply to Washington. You mean, because they're in office and will be for a few years, simply smile through it? Don't question? Look past questionable decisions/action? You go right ahead and do that, but I'm going to be speaking out.

  • I'm not judging anyone. You are.

  • If you mean I'm judging Barry, yes I am. I've spent the past few years watching the most amazing con job I've ever seen in American politics. I've read his books, I've studied his Senate record, I've watched him contradict himself so many times, I lost count. Clearly you really had no interest in a productive discussion and instead simply want to toss a tennis ball around. Have fun.

  • laz, it simply it not the easy way to not accpet the status quo. it is apparent that until things change you don't want to discuss what "is" and that is your perogative. i prefer to keep voicing an attempt to wake folks up, and have a real electorate, not one bogged down by machinery.

  • Well he's not fool to go against the Powers to be.

  • Obama never sought to rock the boat, until, perhaps, he helped to pass the State ethics reform bill when he was running for President.

He appears pragmatic and maybe not as pure as some would want. However, are the pure electable?

  • none, that my point, all the electable suck

  • Can you explain the Greece situation.

  • not in 500 characters, but its a mess..

  • I don't get it, obama is responsible for all corruption in the political system because um..he's a politician? He knew the guy was currupt...ok? so...what should he have done about this? what have you done about it? You just want something ot whine about.

  • noone said he is responsible for anything...might want to listen next time and stop whining about what wasn't said.

  • oh come on, you didn't "say" it, but you are essentially saying obama is somehow tainted by this.

  • not tainted by this, tainted by his complcit nature in the illinois political machine for a decade. he was a cog in it. period.

  • we are all a cog in the machine. While he was in he system he was subject to it, like anyone else. I read that the guy responsible for exposing him was one of obama's aides. A lot smarter to wait untill you are president to that.

  • and you are saying he's the same as bush and dick, so they are not responsible for anything, is that what you're saying?

  • no i am saying they are all responsible for the system. every last one of them.

  • I think it's a lot worse than you think.

  • isnt it always?

  • it's time for change!

    fucker.

  • this governor is corrupt as hell.

and so are many in Congress that take trips & gifts from lobbyists for their votes.

WE NEED THIS CRAP TO STOP!

  • Though I agree with the majority of what you've said here I'm one of those people who, naively, believes innocent until proven guilty.

  • I think its all bullshit just like you do, and lmao @ your last comment, good stuff

  • thank you, honored.

  • I want to believe this is only a legacy of the Dailey Machine, but....

I just don't know. And that our current President comes out of that milieu is not encouraging.

  • the rezko thing hits it hard.

  • MIKMA WAS HERE

  • You know, these are seriously times. And Tim is discussing serious issues. Could you not perhaps try and add something besides Internet graffitti???

  • i think its just mikma's way of saying he was here. i've met mikma and had beers with him, its just his way, methinks. btw how are ya rob?

  • Oh I just tweak him.

Me? Well I started a VERY good job on Monday. I hope you and your's are well too this holiday season. Please keep posting your thoughtful videos.

  • umm is this comedy, im confused

  • comedy with a back drop of commentary.

  • battim your reality checks come so often you need to do them yourself. but i have to say this is vvaluable your offering. and not the least the master whos offering it.

  • They're all evil versions of Harvey Dent.

  • and this governor is just a joker.

  • 10k on a 1st dui?!!! thats outrageous!

  • welcome to philly.

  • You are the first person who was not a hypocrite and brought up the corruption of the Bush and Cheney administration along with this scandal. I congratulate you for not being an idiot like Sean Hannity and forgetting about the scandals from the other side. Maybe both sides have the same lowest intelligence and memory loss as Alberto Gonzales and that is why no one knows anything?

  • hannity is a tool. gotta love axelrod and the misspoke line. he misunderestimated someone, huh?

  • Yes, and I wish someone like you would take his place - someone is balanced on both sides. I gave you a five rating.

  • i'd be shot in no time...

  • OHBTW;

    LOVE THE HAIRCUT

  • psst.

popping in to show i'm alive.

    liked the video.

i need to catch up on politics. i haven't watched the news in a while or even any youtube videos in a while either. ohboy. seems like i'm missing a lot

  • good to see u, we need ya around here more often.

  • LOL @ the E-bay statement but seriously are you really surprised?! This just isn't Illinois it is across the board. Things like this go on all the time...we just happen to be privy to these details because of President Elect Obama.

  • agreed. dirty filthiness is all over politics.

  • All he has to pay is 450$.You can't forget the 10% of the bail.

  • true that.

  • I think if the politicians were forced to be accountable for the state of their office and such... charisma wouldn't be the determining factor in elections. you never see their performance records lol. Further we know that "Change" was going to happen with the return of the Clinton administration. This was all I needed to here to confirm that Barak was corrupt. Nothing is further to Socialism then Neo Liberals. Good day.

  • hillary of secretary of state is just weird. what qualifications does she have?

  • She didn't stage a coup at the democratic national convention and backed him financially. This also shows that She will be running in 2016, instead of the vice prez elect. Overall qualifications = money

  • It sounded like I said you thought that I claimed Obama was guilty. I was talking about my haters in general, not you. Sorry. :-)

I say this scandal doesn't help Obama, though. He gets a little doubt from a lot of people after this.

I say the glow fades after the first 30 days and people start seeing him for what he really is.

Then again, he may very well be the Teflon President.

  • folks said that about clinton too. obama has surrounded himself with machine politicians and hawks. he will not get out of this term unscathed. none of them do.

  • I don't know what I think about Obama iun this he is a pretty smart man so he must have known about most things going on

but that is not the same as participating

  • its not the same, but its complicite. complicity is a crime.

  • It's funny. I never said Obama was guilty of anything here, yet people claim that I have.

We can't believe Obama when he says he doesn't know what type of things happen or that he has never seen it happen in this Political Machine that he was brought up in.

As someone told me yesterday, the truth is always Just.

Axelrod goes on FoxNews 2 weeks ago and say Obama is talking to Blago about his replacement and yesterday Axelrod says he 'misspoke'

    Words don't mean anything anymore.

  • if obama lied about talking to him, he's got political problems. the whole "misspoke" sound eerily familiar, no?

  • To be honest I find the whole bail idea kind of silly

In the Netherlands we don't have bail ever

You're in jail or you're not paying of your jail time is just very strange

  • Bail is not about paying for your jail time. In this country, you are innocent until proven guilty, which requires a trial. Between the time you are arrested/arraigned and your trial, you are presumed innocent and are allowed out on bail - a posting of money or collateral that is held to help ensure you don't flee and to ensure you show up for your trial. If you show up for your trial, the money minus court fees and/or bond is returned.

  • In some cases, bail is denied for a person who has a long history of violent crimes or has done a horrendous crime such as mass murder - they are often denied bail and remain in jail until their trial.

  • Apparently the price of a federal seat is one governor. Illinois has seethed with corruption for years. Decades. And this guy? our governor shakes down children's hospitals - what a tool! What a piece of work, even by Illinois corruption standards!

  • that little snippet i think is a small kernel of what will come to light...ugly.

  • I bid 5 dollars!

  • you can have it.

  • What do I think? I think you are 100 percent correct with your opinions. I have to agree with you wholeheartedly. Seems like all this crap that's been hiding in this administration, and previous ones also, is coming to fruition. Getting too cocky. And it's coming out from both parties. I'll buy the popcorn for the next one. All we can do is sit back and watch the show. They are doing it to themselves (like a power struggle). In my opinion.

  • its goes back millenia, where there is power, there is corruption. its nice to live in a country where we can point it out.

  • how about innocent until proven guilty... just a thought.

  • I'm always a person who reminds people of innocent until proven guilty, which takes a trial. I try my best to leave room for doubt. In fact, I'm probably the only person I know who isn't 100% convinced OJ did it lol. On the other hand, when you have solid things like DNA, fingerprints, etc. and in THIS case, recordings of the man committing the crime, that's all the trial I need to know who did what. This man's crimes were recorded - there's no guess work here.

  • you mean the governor?? have you read the transcripts of the phone conversations?

  • "The Price of One Illinois Senate Seat"

That reminds me, there were some auctions for the Illinois senate seat on ebay :)

  • yeah i mention that at the end...

  • I agree with most of your commentary....but DUI...unacceptable at any level at any time...DUI puts peoples LIVES in danger.

  • so does allowing polticians to buy power.

  • When I found out Blagoyabitch was to be the one to appoint Obama's Senate seat I knew ca'ching went off in that dumb vulture's head, and to hear that it did was a shame, but made me laugh. I laugh because people seem to bow down and take it from this system that allow politcians to line their pockets...I mean that's what its about for them, not saving this country or anything like that.

  • looks like you were correct.

  • As you probably already know, I'm pretty worked up about all this as it relates to Barry. As expected, people are keeping their heads in the sand. I'm looking at the lies from Barry and his people over this. Barry once said he had no idea Rev. Wright made such sermons, he said he never heard the good Rev. talk that way.

  • OK, but how could he spend 20 yrs. with that pastor and not know how that man thinks and feels and expresses about whites and America? For me to believe Barry didn't know about Rev. Wright, I'd have to believe Barry is stupid and oblivious. But then there's the video of Barry saying yes, he did hear Wright make questionable sermons.

  • And then there's the video of Barry saying no, he never heard Wright talk that way. Which is it Barry? You heard them or you didn't? And how could America not take notice to this man telling total opposite stories to the same question? Oh that's right, the media suppressed it. And now with the Gov., Barry's right hand man said on TV that yes, Barry met with the Gov. to discuss the future of the seat.

  • Axlerod's exact words in a press conference were, "I know he (Obama) talked to the governor, and there are a whole range of names, many of which have surfaced, and I think he has a fondness for a lot of them." Barry's top dude confirmed Barry met with Blagojevich just weeks ago and a press release from Bagojevich's office also confirmed the meeting...and yet,

  • Barry himself just said, ""I had no contact with the governor or his office and so we were not, I was not aware of what was happening." Who the fuck is lying to us? How odd that each time someone connected to Barry gets called out on bullshit, Barry claims no knowledge. I don't believe that for a minute.

  • But let's give Barry the benefit of the doubt, let's say he is telling the truth that he was totally unaware that Wright was a racist and hates America, let's say he really didn't know Blagojevich was trying to sell that seat, and let's believe Barry when he plays dumb to all corruption throughout Illinois...

  • for me to believe Barry that he didn't know what all these people were doing and saying, then I have to believe he's the most unaware, oblivious, naive, sheltered and just plain stupid man we've ever seen. If Barry did know, then he's a fucking liar. If he didn't know, then he's hella stupid on every level. Congrats America! Fine choice you just made! Pardon me while I go vomit.

  • For the record, this is just the tip of the iceburg for the truth about Barry. At some point, his lies and bullshit will amount so high not even the press can continue to cover for their Golden Boy and down the road, we're all going to see what that man is truly all about. Do I think Barry was involved in the auction of that seat? No, I don't - he's too smart for that.

  • He just pulled off one of the biggest con jobs in history, he's not about to blow it now...not yet anyway. Do I believe he met with the Gov. to discuss the seat? Yes, I do and that's why I'm pissed he's now lying and saying he didn't. Do I believe he knew what Blagojevich was up to? Oh hell yes.

  • Crazy talk Michelle. This is "change" we can believe in.

  • Yeah well, you know me - one insane bitch cursed with critical thinking skills. So far the only "change" I see is in Barry's stories from one day to the next. His lies are some of the most obvious I've ever seen from a politician; they are well documented in press releases, news articles and videos - he contradicts himself all over the damn place and my fellow Americans either don't care or don't notice.

  • How very, very sad. But, he's black and not Republican - apparently the only two qualifications that mattered this last election.

  • dont hold back michelle, tell us how you really feel.

  • I've been trying to say to a lot of my American friends for a while now that Barack Obama isn't a major change in politics in any way outside of race. People hung onto his 'change' speeches so tightly that they didn't think twice about the fact that he's still a politician.

  • i did not know this. thank god someone was paying attention to the precedings and we got another corrupt piece of shit governor for the pine box.

  • what i want to know is how the hell do you sell a senate seat? what about the election process involved in electing a state senator. i hope a wolf bites this dudes nads off.

  • when a senator leaves office the gov can appoint one for interim of rest of their term.

    democracy indeed.

  • What is bad about it, the truth?

  • So much for the honeymoon. Emmanuel has always been dirty.

  • I live in Illinois and I have never liked Blagojevich in the first place! Of course just about all politicians are lying scum anyway!

  • my point. it amazes me how folks are defending obama so quickly.

  • He should have done it the right way. He should have listed the senate seat on EBAY

  • that what i said at the end of my video...lol

  • perhaps obama should have stayed where he was and cleaned up the garbage in his hometown and home state before attempting to govern the whole nation. this is disheartening to say the least. all obama voters (myself included) may be looking at an absolute shitstorm.

  • and miss his chance at power? egomaniacal behavior won't allow that.

  • thank you

  • You all know that it is standard routine in Illinois to commit fraud and theft through public works projects, so I am hoping that some youtubers are going to cover the federal public works projects that they have already announced they are going to implement.

The mainstream media will never watch or film those projects other than photo op shit, do any real interviews connected to it, and you know that too.

Of course that could be a good way to get killed also I suppose. Open to any ideas here.

  • and obama wants to spend billions on infrastructure. should be interesting to see where this money actually goes.

  • Which country's infrastructure?

  • google obama infrastructure plan. he plans on putting us further in debt with projects that dont help our industrial base whatsoever.

  • i was in the loop when the channel 7 ticker give the news about blogo's investigation, i knew something was up. about politics tim what the hell you think politics is, bean bags no it is a bloodsport. life is politics anyway a series compromises, you work with what you have.people want ideological pure politicians guess what aint happening. is it fair no but many things in life is not is the way they wanted including politics.

  • no doubt, great comment as always my old friend.

  • i didnt actually see anything on ebay, there is really an entry? did you see the palin "political prop" ebay listing of her down syndrome child? ebay has its side of parody to it seems. good to see you.

  • oh come now, deals are being made. obama wont investigate gitmo and torture and bush's justice guys will turn a blind eye to obama involvement. mark my words, obama will somehow get credit for blago getting caught.

  • Edwin Edwards, former governor of Louisiana, once boasted that the only way he could be brought down was to be caught with a dead girl or a live boy. He just celebrated his 81st birthday - in prison.

  • phil so i guess he got the live boy then for a cellmate...lolololol

  • its like asking whats dirtier, a mud pie or a garden...lol.

  • So how can we clean out political machines when the media supports and covers for them every step they take?

  • they are part of the machine, the neocons have fox and radio, the lefties have msnbc, cbs and cnn and newspapers

  • THe reason for the disparity in bail amounts is that in PA., DUI is a serious offence, corruption in Illinois is not. It's routine.

  • lol. best comment on my vlogs in months. i should get you to write some lines for me. lol.

  • Oh, Obama knows all about the level of political corruption in Chicago. Blagojevich and Obama are cut from the same cloth. Obama is clever enough to say he distances himself from it.

You know Axelrod said that Obama was in touch with the governor about the successor to his Senate seat. But Obama can lie about it with confident so it's all good.

  • Axelrod is Chicago poltics incarnate. there is such an intimacy to that machine that the press looks silly for giving him a pass. its just inane at this point how silly the press has gotten with their enamored view. methinks present attorney general and future attorney general are working a deal to let bush remain unscathed so obam avoids getting his hands muddied in this.

  • Battim, do you live in Illinois? We've have one governor, George Ryan, in prison for corruption. This is nothing new for our state. Man if only the rest of the country new Illinois' track record with politicians, Obama wouldn't have been elected. Unless it was the whole black guy thing that got him elected. Who knows?

  • i think its the last five gov's who were indicted for something or another. the media knew, they ignored it.
