I have a cube that looks like this but it has tiles and the colors of the tiles are like neon. Its a extremely fast cube but it doesn't have a name, it just came in a little bag. Btw i bought it in the philippines (from a vendor).

my diansheng has the same core, but totally different edge "tongues", IDK how that's called, but as far as I'm concern, mine has rectangular edge mechanism while urs has triangular/trapezoid, is there any difference regarding the shape of those?

the diansheng you have is the old model .333, the one in this video is the new model .222, yours is not as heavy as his but his will have a little bit better corner cutting abilities and forgiveness

Actually, they don't think you're stupid. They can't call it a "Rubik's Cube" because it's a copyrighted term. that's why it's commonly referred to by other companies as a "Intelligence", "Magic" or "IQ" Cube. Yeah, the Horizontal/Vertical thing is kinda dumb but it's telling you that it can perform those maneuvers.

well I can think of one of a couple ways just put stickers over the paint, put white stickers all over the cube (except for the white side.) Paint white over the other colors. Or mabey you could try to scratch the paint off.
