He probably used an editor, such as FloEdit or ChaosEdit to edit literally everything.

And I do wish there is a program like skulltag for Wolf3D.

Yes! There is! But my whole engine crashed, (yikes!) So it's in the sprites but I need to rewrite it. I just started working on it again the other day, so I need to rewrite it and I will post another video sometime.

You don't bloody use strife in a game like this to 99% of the time or you are screwed. Remember back then you didn't use the mouse :)

Actually, I didn't use a gamemaker. I modded wolfenstein 3d, which as and old classic DOS game by the infamous ID Software.
