I was in the armed service in 1990-2002 and did get all of the required shots squaileen and anthrax included, I do not have chronic fatigue syndrome or any other illness and know no one who was serving at the time that does. @Mikcarroll There is so much information that immunisation is extremely harmful. after much research i decided not to immunise my 5 children. 1 of my children was immunised while at her grandparents overseas when she was 5 and to this day (she is 19) she has the worst health problems. My 4 other children are healthy and if they get sick (which isn't often or severe), i treat them with natural products-colloidal silver, olive leaf extract, charcoal etc. Please get informed and be safe. :)

I win when I require the doctor, nurse, administrator, and drug company to sign a disclaimer that "my child will not suffer any adverse affects of this vaccine, whether mentally or physically." Ok, I'll buy that, except that I won't believe that the vaccination would have prevented it. In the off chance it did, the long term effects of the vaccination wouldn't be worth it, especially if there are already any signs of autism or ADD in your family.

This man is obviously not a competent lawyer nor does he understand the law. No one could ever force you to take a vaccine as God has granted us free will. In fact, Corp. U.S. only has jurisdiction over the entities it creates, which are known as taxpayers or a Social Security Card. The SSC is Corp. U.S. property as it is clearly stated on the back of the card. Corp. U.S. may require mandatory vaccines for these taxpayers, which only exist on paper.

This lawyer is incompetent and does not know what he is talking about. Corp. U.S. is not a government but rather a Corporation that is owned and operated by the International Monetary Fund and World Bank. Corp. U.S. only has jurisdiction over that which it creates, which are generally legal capacities for which individuals lend consciousness and physical capacity. Its statutes only apply to those subject to it, which are said entities. The mandatory vaccines only apply to said legal entities

You need to look up FEMA EXECUTIVE ORDERS
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

Anything like this if mandated then it's law. If you refuse your liable to infect others and will be arrested and held becasue charges will be placed against you if the state allows it. The Federal Can over rule all states by using Fema legislature. Stating that it's a state of emergency. Your then considered a terrorist or something close to it. What if the vaccine is not proven to be effective or safe, and causes autism in children and even death. I could see it being manditory if it was 100% effective and safe after being tested, but this is not the case with h1n1 vaccine.

Each person owns his/her own body.
No one or no government can force anyone to take a drug... without denying fundemental property rights.
Otherwise, the U.S. government would have to declare that the 13th Amendment, which declares the end of slavery and involuntary servitude, is null and void.

Don't forget to prosecute the person who vaccinates you. They are the perpetrators. If they refused to do it, it could not be done.
Reliable means exist to remove any virus quickly and easily, without drugs.
Reasonably good methods also exist to remove toxins from the body, like mercury.
Go to your personal physician and have them certify that you have already been vaccinated.

Public officials are subject to recording at any time. They are bonded and have taken an oath.
What they say must be said on their commercial liability so they are thus protected of what they say.
Private individuals are those protected by the constitution,and so protected they do not need additional protection like the public official does.
