nobody makes a peace sign with a forehand. I just stack my two fingers against eachother..

I do a peace sign... it allows your wrist to snap through easier..

@dfol25 I use to make a peace sign for years and I could get over 300. Now I stack and I've gotten over 375.

I have yet to meet a pro who throws the sidearm like you described with the "v" configuration. Most that I have met use the index and middle finger stacked together against the rim. This gives much more power for greater distance.
