I'm in tenth grade now...I'm failing Biology, but I have a 100% in gym this year, last year I passed...barely so I didn't have to go to summer school. I love all my teachers, except my Biology teacher, my first impression was "Oh, he's funny, this class should be fun." no it's "This guy is madd strict, a 62 is not fun :("
I hated 10th grade. I used to hang out with the seniors in 9th grade, so in 10th grade I was extremely lonely. I also thought I was smart enough to take a college credit European History class. That classed killed me and I never took the college credit test but I got a B in the class.
10th grade for me sucked. I had to drop out of gym class that year because I was getting harassed real bad, also I didn't like my class picture so I had it retaken and the original picture ended up in the yearbook (thanks to the people on the yearbook committee that hated my guts). Just had the English equivalent of 10th Grade. I had partly a great time, but then it's also the time of major exams for British students in 10th grade so that was kinda lame. Mostly it was fun all the time, just hanging out with friends and not concentrating.

10th grade was the worst year of my LIFE. My boyfriend that I started dating in 9th grade turned abusive (like mentally and sexually) and he guilt tripped me into staying with him. So that was tough, but I broke up with him in like february, right after Valentine's day (I know, I'm a bitch lol). Uhm...my best friend came out of the closet and was confident enough not to hide it. I love him :) he's adorable and he was happy, so that made me happy. :)

Sarah, Steven, and so many more! Jimmy is going to the Marines, and John is already there, he left on May 1, it was really sad. But yeah. I went to my first Art Show! it was soo cool, I think I entered 2 things, but I didn't win anything. I also went to my first Math Competition! it was soo fun, again I didn't win anyting, but there was over 5,000 people entered, and I did get 17th place on one of my tests, so thats ok... i guess... I hung out all the time!
I serously did! I had people over all the time, every weekend, and sometimes during the week! my parents didn't care, because my dad works nights, and my mom stayed at my aunts house during the week to save on gas. So they were never home. I had the scariest teacher! Mrs. Cleavinger! she is the Science teacher for all the advanced classes. I took Chemistry, and she scared the crap out of me. And everybody else! I got sent to the guidence counsler for making fun of suciede... can you believe it?!
It was totally stupid! This had to be one of my fav years. There was just so much fun to it! We did so many cool things... and I learned the value of the five finger discount! :D yeah, I know , thats bad, but it was just the thing to do... and we got some really cool stuff from it! A friend did die at the end of the year. His name was Gage, and he was shot by one of his friends... It was really sad, and I couldn't even bring myself to go to the funeral... so It was a good and bad year.

In the UK, 10th grade, or Year 11 here, is my last year, i finished two weeks ago, now i am in a "revision fortnight" where you come in just to revise for the subjects you have exams in, pretty much one lesson a day, i finish that this week, then i am completely off and only come in for exams (stress!), then prom!. im 16 so my experience was that my grades started to drop and my friends too..but i met this friend and she encouraged me to be better and now we are best friends and she was so nice and made school fun and she was the only one i would talk to about my crushes and we would hang out alot and we are still best friends..i still wonder how we never fought and i never had a serious problem with her..we are so much alike..she was like a big sister and it was fun..^^..

10th grade was the worst year of my LIFE. My boyfriend that I started dating in 9th grade turned abusive (like mentally and sexually) and he guilt tripped me into staying with him. So that was tough, but I broke up with him in like february, right after Valentine's day (I know, I'm a bitch lol). Uhm...my best friend came out of the closet and was confident enough not to hide it. I love him :) he's adorable and he was happy, so that made me happy. :)

10th grade was the best year of my life. i had so many awesome friends and then a lot of them graduated :( It was the most amazing year, i had so much fun and no worries. 11th grade was terrible and now im going on to senior year so i hope it isnt as bad!

I dressed horribly in 10th grade. I was at a new school and my style was transitioning. I was also at a new school but I made a nice circle of good friends and everyone was really nice to me (which surprised me cuz it's high school and everyone's a stuck up bitch). The year went by WAY too slow, though.

In 10th grade we started a tridition of going to a corn maze around halloween time, and it is always fun! We play marco polo with all the other people at the maze. Wen't trick or treating... Want to know what I went as?!?!? AN ACHOLIC!!! I have this hat that says "Got Beer?" and I wore it! hahah! it was soo fun! Made some really good friends. Sarah, Steven, and so many more! Jimmy is going to the Marines, and John is already there, he left on May 1, it was really sad. But yeah. I went to my first Art Show! it was soo cool, I think I entered 2 things, but I didn't win anything. I also went to my first Math Competition! it was soo fun, again I didn't win anyting, but there was over 5,000 people entered, and I did get 17th place on one of my tests, so thats ok... i guess... I hung out all the time!

I serously did! I had people over all the time, every weekend, and sometimes during the week! my parents didn't care, because my dad works nights, and my mom stayed at my aunts house during the week to save on gas. So they were never home. I had the scariest teacher! Mrs. Cleavinger! she is the Science teacher for all the advanced classes. I took Chemistry, and she scared the crap out of me. And everybody else! I got sent to the guidence counsler for making fun of suciede... can you believe it?!

It was totally stupid! This had to be one of my fav years. There was just so much fun to it! We did so many cool things... and I learned the value of the five finger discount! :D yeah, I know , thats bad, but it was just the thing to do... and we got some really cool stuff from it! A friend did die at the end of the year. His name was Gage, and he was shot by one of his friends... It was really sad, and I couldn't even bring myself to go to the funeral... so It was a good and bad year.

10th grade was this year! It was pretty good. It was my 7th year in choir and Mrs. Leisl became one of the most influencial people I know.
I became close to alot of new people and continued being friends with the same people since 5th grade.
My creative writing teacher was so nice. She loved me! gave me student of the month and everything.
Hated english. end of story.
my practical living class was crazy.
lunch was pretty lonely.

10th grade was a good year!
I had to move to a different state and start over in a school where I didn't know a soul, which was really scary, but I did well. I met a lot of friends and I got great grades! Except in Algebra 2, I HATED that class! I got my first C ever, I always got all A's and some B's. But I didn't really care because I hated that class! ha

In the UK, 10th grade, or Year 11 here, is my last year, i finished two weeks ago, now i am in a "revision fortnight" where you come in just to revise for the subjects you have exams in, pretty much one lesson a day, i finish that this week, then i am completely off and only come in for exams (stress!), then prom!. Year 11 was the best year of my school life, most stressful but the most fun and i really improved in my school work because i was enjoying it more,my favourite year ever (:

I'm in 10th grade now which is going good. Not as awesome as last year, but still good! The Young Americans came this year so I joined the 3 day workshop. It was the experience of a lifetime. :]
I'm actually doing better in grades this year though. I've currently got all A's, hopefully I can keep them! The seniors this year also performed All Shook Up, which I love. Our music department is the best!

What I remember most about 10th grade (that would have been 1995-96) was the video games of the era, mostly Do0m. XD Oh, and the movie Killer Klowns from Outer Space which I'd rediscovered around that time after several years. Those two muses influenced my artwork greatly, much to the chagrin of many an art teacher. }:-D
