@thepurplebumblebees2 - this was the summer of 2009, early in the season. we were using different lures, mainly cranks and mepps. I also did a bit of fly fishing and in the last part of the video I caught a bass on a mouse fly - surface take - best results in my experience is by placing the fly close to the bank or near fallen trees and using a quick strip retrieve with about a 1-2 second pause in between the retrieves, this creates a lot of action on the surface and on the fly.
