It seems to play a lot smoother, or is it just the Goblin animation that makes it look like that? The Goblin animation seems to have a lot of movement to it, seems more organic... while other races... not so much.

Не парься. Чтобы поиграть 20 минут нужно было сначала стоять на входе ~ полтора часа на холоде, даже уже имея билет, а потом ещё внутри ~полтора часа на стенд близзард. Кроме ВоВа на выставке было, честно сказать, громко и нечего делать...

Нет там конечно были конкурсы, можно было назарабатывать геймдолларов и выиграть приставку и проч, но я сам могу заработать на железо, а приходил увидеть что-то новое, интересное.

Увидел не более, чем мог бы в интернете накопать на гейм-сайтах (за исключением возможности поиграть в тот же WoW и SC2). Консоли можно потраить в магазине, игры скачать... Итого очереди не стоили того, если бы не участи близзард :)

I don't think the graphics card needs to be that impressive to get this out of this. On one of the panels they were talking about improvements they were making such as how they could add radiant lighting to any texture now, and how they're detailed textures are still improving.

I used to play WoW with onboard graphics, it still ran with every setting on low at 10fps, but it still ran! :)

I now run with an HD4870 512mb, every setting on max and 60fps at the lowest! (well 30 in Dalaran :P )

Yeah I hope so, WoW needs a bit of a facelift. Don't get me wrong it still looks great how it is, but everything can do with a little improvement once in a while.
