I think this is more about connecting to your spouse. A lot of times married people grow apart in many ways before they are even aware, which leads to infidelity. Having sex as a married couple is a way of reconnecting to yourself and your spouse. It forces the couple to look to each other to fill that empty space instead of looking outside of the marriage.

Sexuality is an important part of a person! It is an interesting experiment to see how you are with AND without it. I think couples should try both challenges (sex and no sex, whether or not they are married), and see how it affects themselves and their relationships.

Single people should not rely on sex for their happiness... sex gets boring if you don't have a good relationship. Unless you're totally shallow.
