You could create a common reference point if it's a conference call. you'd need at least 1 calling site per dimension +1 for reference.

It's impossible to define left/right without a common spacial reference, but without a common spatial reference it's a moot point anyway. Just leave it as bilateral symmetry and don't bother with which is which.

Why did they pick Johnny Vegas though? John Lloyd is there and it's so incompatible. I think someone like David Mitchell can work better (Sandi Toksvig is an excellent choice already), Vegas just isolates Lloyd completely from the show.
