Hey I'm from America and the reason why the money smells like that is because it has touched so many hands and people. Look at the date in the bottom right hand corner... Prob says 2002 or something like that. And to make it, we hav huge printers that print out a sheet of like 20 I think and then we have a special machine that prints the ink on and another machine to cut it. If u find currency that is printed wrong, chances r that it is worth 2-20x what it is worth money wise.
