How about Inai? This is a pretty awesome drawing. Most artists start with the 'guidlines' before they make their drawing, but you did it directly without these lines, just like I do sometimes. I'm planning on becoming a proffesional manga-ka when I'm 22-23 years old and so far(I'm 19 BTW) I've become very very good(I already got my storyline and I'm learning japanese), so I have to say, you're very very good at drawing too x) Keep it up!
