I ehm... Killed Isolde for 2 reasons, and just remember, I was playing as a Deathknight (Mix between Bloodmage and Arcane Warrior). 1: Isolde is an annoying bitch and needed to be put down, 2: I killed all the mages in the tower exept for the blood mage, and I couldnt go with the Circles help.

You have to look at the choice as if you were making it in real life and only had one chance. If you waste time running for the mages, the demon could send more undead to destroy the village resulting in a lot more than the death of just one kid and who's to say she would have stopped at just the one village? Killing the kid is the quickest and easiest way of doing it that saves the most lives.
