The answer is that USA won't let us legalize it never 'cause they spend a lot of money into the war, sealing weapons to "guerrillas" and goverment at the same time, and they snif a lot of that, we could be the richest country in the world legalizing it!!!
I worked as a medical doctor in this region of Colombia in 2002 when the situation depicted on the B&W pics on seconds 22 and 30 happened. An explosive charge was placed on this bus. A soldier and a sargeant got killed in the blast attempting to defuse the explosives. I can remember the name of the soldier...Ismael Llanos Jamioy. He was probably 20years old...rest in peace my friend.
This war is still taking place. Leftist groups financed with drug money have been trying to overrun Colombia's democracy for the past 40 years. These groups have increased in firepower thanks to increase in cocaine consumption in the western hemisphere. More consumption in US and Europe = More deaths in Colombia.
Thank you for explain. I promise I wouldn't use Colombian cocaine. I would always check the producer. Long live to Colombia. Regards from Poland. Is your country safety for tourists or not? I'd like to visit it.
And yes everybody who use drugs has added a bullet into this war so why not to think in legalize it and let the people do with their body and brains whatever they want and stop this business of horror?
the u.n. talks about world peace yet they've turned there back on us. I'm an orphan of war i lost both parents when i was 4 to senseless war 12 years ago, and what has the world done since then, nothing.

EXELENT, But you have a photo from another conflict EL PORTEÑAZO, this was a COMUNIST ATCK in venzuelan coast, PUERTO CABELLO, but you video is so nice show the horror from comunist comflict.
