  • John watch out for your hound. I tagged my pup on the nose the other day. Thank God it was a glancing blow... That thing could be fatal. Seriously...!

  • Excellent , keep em coming.

  • I'm glad you didn't hit the dog!

  • one of the best mill i've seen, thank you.

  • When you cast forward the club (the Arm Cast), and then the club begins to swing downward and backward (then to be raised in the back position etc.), in the moment the downward movement starts, your arm is locked, isn't it (i.e., my arm should be locked, shouldn't it)?

  • yes, arm lock is one of the seven key components of clubbell training. Make it a point to lock your elbow during the clubbell freefall, while it is weightless - to prevent it from "yanking" on your arm.

  • Almost every clubbell exercise is a full body exercise. At the very least, every clubbell exercise uses multiple muscle groups. You can absolutely train the back and biceps, as many of the pulling and rowing movements with the clubbell will stimulate them. Try to think of the clubbell as a training tool for movements instead of muscles. Besides, the body is more like one big muscle than a lot of smaller ones connected together.

  • what are the main muscles group you can trained with clubbell ?

Can you trained back muscles ? Biceps ?
