It depends on how old they are, whether you have the right equipment (nest boxes, fairly small with a soft bottom the hen can manipulate if she wants) and the birds. From my experience, budgies are quite picky when it comes to their partners. 4 birds is probably just not giving them enough options. If there are no eggs then the circumstances are probably not right, most of my hens layed eggs (even if they were not fertilised).

Yeah looks like it, im a budgie breeder and only have one green budgie in the bird avery, dont really like breeding green budgies even tho they look nice, just that they dont sell

Yes, Greens and Grays will take over if you don't watch the breedings. I am told this by experts. One breeder commented that the best birds are gray-green, but selling them isn't easy because the blues, pieds, yellows and whites are much prettier. Grays and greens are not so popular.
