Parties aren't as fun as they used to be; for one drinking isn't as fun as I remember it, and even though you can meet a lot of cool people at parties, it's still sort of dumb.

I went to a party for the first time in 6 months a month ago. I have court tomorrow for it -_-...lame. If it's a safe environment, it can be a lot of fun, but they really are overrated.

I'm cool with parties, but only every now and then. I hardly ever get a craving to attend a party, as I usually only go to ones of which a good friend is hosting.

Personally I'd rather just hang with a couple of friends or by myself, than go to parties at which I don't know half the people attending. I just dont feel comfortable being around a crowd of people, even if I knew them all, so I just keep to myself most of the time.
