great arpeggiator indeed.. but it's a shame they didn't include a step sequencing option (replace the arp step values first, last, etc with semitone values)
The Blofeld is great if you record live all the time, but for using in a DAW it's totally useless, you have no control and have to make a wave file of what you've done then use it in the DAW (Ableton or whatever)
Great work! I don't understand... You don't record with other device, just use Arp sequences in multi mode? My next synth is Waldorf Blofeld keyboard.
Hi! Thanks for this video! I have a question for you.. I think I have a problem with the tempo on my blofeld. If I fixe it at 40, the beat does not slow down; at 300, it does not accelerate. It's like if it was stuck at 120. I made the latest update, but... problem not solved. Thank you!
Those sounds at the begining of the vid!!! Very hypnotic and retro. Im going to search more on that blofeld. Ive def have to have all the equipment you got ha ha
Sup man, yeah I'm allright..very busy at the moment. I'll have some exciting things hopefully later this year. My setup has changed..thats all i'll say for now ;-)
Excellent video as always man - I'm really tempted to get the Blofeld to add to my setup after watching you! You always get such nice, lush noises from it. More please!
what keyboard you are using in the video? and how much does the waldorf blofeld synth costs? i'm thinking of getting maybe an axiom keyboard, would blofeld work with it ?
i'm pretty new at keyboards and synths so you gotta tutor me a little lol
most midi controllers would also work. I'd recommend one with numerous means of modulation. Pitch and mod-wheels and maybe assignable knobs etc.
Buying a synth with midi out would work but that is an expensive way to power another synth. start with a synth, but try a lot of them. you may not know what you are looking for until you try a few.
Id also start cheap. ebay is a nice place to start, but use paypal, bid smart, and buy from someone with good feedback! most importantly... enjoy!!!

How about the sequencer? Are you just playing it or can you use blofeld as the sequencer as well?
