Also, when twisting don't twist off the bed. its harder but once you get the hang of it it gets easier to fit in more turns. you can just pop your shoulder instead of throwing your whole body into it

i have filmed all the clips i want with my new camcorder but i have had to buy a special cable called firewire to be able to transfer my data, i should have a video up extremely soon. cool that u landed those tricks
