  • Millions of homes have been foreclosed within the past 3 years. Thats why i have dedicated my time to produce a system that can help the people who have been laid off and are without jobs. Make $20+ an hour promoting companies like Walmart ect. Plus i will guide you every step of the way and i pay you DAILY!

  • @billwho62 You're right, this started before Obama was president.

With that being said, I must also make clear that Obama is fairly skilled in campaigning but hasn't shown a lick of ability in running a country.

  • By the way, if you own a home and you're depressed with current values ...relax knowing that prices can't drop below the cost to replace your home. Building materials and labor will increase with inflation, taxes will also need to increase as local, state, and federal governments become more desperate.

All things considered, real estate prices will have to go up again ...and despite a dwindled number of people affording a house in which to live.

  • There's no law against doing this to your own home. If they make a law and jail these owners that do it ...they would only bring trashing your home up to celebrity status and everyone will begin doing it.

If the homeowner doesn't trash the place, in time teens will vandalize it, or resource thieves will strip it down and make money at the reycling yards.

If the homeowner actually did this, probably knowing this will end up happening anyway.

  • Not everyone lost their life savings, Many folks (not all) got 100% financing and did not put any money from savings, they got in with just the cost of closing costs & then took out a home equity line of credit with the increase in equity and used those funds to furnish, improve the home and vacation. It was the bank that took the hit in the shorts along with stock holders anyone who has a 401k,SEPS, IRAS & pensions- those investments are normally invested into mortgage back securities.

  • My opinion.. the government has screwed us all... when the SHTF and no one has income. they have bankrupted the country ND need to just give people their homes.. Especially seniors, who are owed until death their SSI.. You don't pay us what we put in.. then you can't have our homes!

  • thats one way to deal with the overwhelming prices some of these houses are getting, this whole system makes me sick, im not going to work my only life into the ground to own something that will only depreciate in value, and pay obscene taxes on top of it. move all your money to a co-op bank, and let the big banks die or transform into something people actually need, I feel like a pawn in a game of chess that neither player cares about winning.

  • That's the beauty of REO's BUT REO contracts are a million dollar business- Learn step by step procedures and become a REO listing agent. Follow the "REO FARM" method from "REO BOOM" and make a 2012 a successful year.

  • This is our own fault! Nobody is forcing us to live beyond our means and buy EVERYTHING with credit! A mortgage is standard for people, but most middle/lower income people live on credit- from their cars, food, shopping, and then they buy a house way beyond their income level. THIS WAS THIER DECISION! It's not the bank's fault that the economy went bad, shit happens and that's the risk the buyer takes! If people weren't living off of credit, many would be doing fine.

  • Buyer are starting to show interest yeh sure, at other peoples loss and at a very big knock down price. This video from 2009 well nothing has changed in 2011 prices on houses are still being reduced.Good neighbours are being turfed out left right and center from homes. Its the saddest thing to lose a life long freind and neighbours. My freind bought a holiday home with their life saving now they are in hell as holiday firm has rips them off. there's money to pay bills or hoa it = forecloser.

  • The owners of these homes should be put in jail, just like the bankers who gave them these lones.

  • @crusher1944 ....... Why put the homeowner in jail. He bought the house and paid for the kitchen and door nobs. They are his. Why should he not be able to take them with him. The bank still has the house and realestate. If the banks are losing money, get more from the government. obama the nigger will gladly print more money for the banks.

  • @billwho62 Thats th problem he or she didn't pay for the house so the fixtures really DO NOT BELONG TO HIM ONLY THE THINGS HE PUT INTO THE HOUSE AND PAID FOR. WHATS THE POINT OF TRASHING THE HOUSE FOR YOUR MISTAKE.

  • They should have mentioned that the banks don't actually have the money they lend you. They create it out of thin air then try to keep us in debt with refinance/early retirement plans.

Everyone in America should default on their mortgages, then move to each others houses at a huge writedown.

  • You should have checked the tax rolls for previous years before you bought the home, that's what buyer's agents and mortgage professionals do-- to check the real value of the home-- average profit on a house is $10-15k-- you should have checked you would know they walked away with triple normal profits-- money was like water in the 90's and early 2000's. You all need to stop blaming.

  • @tbarnettesophia Yep, these people are pissed because they made the mistake of spending beyond their means! Yes, it's sad, but ultimately it's their own fault for taking the risk. Now they want someone to blame because their house didn't gain in value like they have for the past decades. The economy can't keep going up up up! There will always be peaks and valleys!

  • must be a non-deficiency state ...otherwise they'll be owing alot on the deficiency which will never get paid so i guess WTH... looks like all america will look like detroit soon

  • @2237lemon..... I'm surprised that nigger in Washington D.C. don't cover the whitehouse windows with plywood like his (step) brothers do. You know, the ones in Detroit Chicago, Atlanta, Cleveland or where ever any black person lives. All them people have plywood on their windows. Welcome to oBAMAS new America!

  • @billwho62 YOU FUCKIN JERK OBAMA WASN'T EVEN PRES. WHEN ALL OF THIS TOOK PLACE YOU ASSHOLE.

  • @crusher1944 you sound like a real nigger lovin pig bitch

  • @billwho62 you sound like a real red neck that can't think for himself

  • strip the bank ceo of thier bonus, and repair the homes to sell them. Also how about banks spending so of that money to maintain these homes while they own them. like painting, cutting grass, picking up newspapers, etc....

  • Just like the media, make it seem as though it's somehow the little people's fault.

  • Where do I find one of these deals sounds like a fun project and good savings

  • YYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! THE PEOPLE ARE TAKING IT OUT ON THOSE FUCKING BANKS THE SHOULD HAVE TOOK THE TILES ON THE FLOOR AND THE WINDOWS !! EAT SHIT BANKS!!!!! WE THE PEOPLE WILL OWN YOU!!! YOU DONT OWN US!!!! AND WILL SHOW YOU!!!

  • I don't see this as being greedy, I see this as people spend their life's earnings paying mortgages, remodeling their home and then they have a hardship and the companies don't do anything to help. Yeah, there's things like modifications, forbearance, but the monthly payments sky rocket, making it almost impossible to pay. No one knows what others go through to keep their home up and to not have help and have others speaking negative about you is ridiculous. I work in this market I understand.

  • um actually it is not always the home owners fault there are predatory loans that set people up to go bankrupt and foreclose one of them being LITTON LOAN look them up hundreds of stories about them and they are still around. If you have LITTON LOAN do everything you can to get out from these people.

  • Greedy people, can't take the blame for their financial incompetence. We all end up paying for it eventually.

  • @onjoFilms thank you!!

  • @onjoFilms don't blame the people, blame the greedy fucking banks who gave out thousands of sub-prime mortgages. what did they think was going to happen? you don't loan money to people who can't pay it back.

  • @onjoFilms If you don't loan money to people they cry, "They won't loan money to me", if you loan money to them, they cry, "you loaned me money without figuring if I could pay it back, we need more government regulation to protect us from ourselves." Then the Tea Party comes along, "Get government off our backs and out of our lives, we can better take care of ourselves". You can't win for losing.

  • WHAT ABOUT PPL BUYING THE HOME THEY LOST TOO BANK INCREASE THE PAYMENT

  • karengallardo.lightyearwireless

  • I wouldn't mind buying the trashed house, considering that I would just end up getting new stuff anyways.

I can spend 100K on a foreclosed home and turn it into something great for another 50K-60K. Can you do that for 150-160K? No. Everyone wins... except the bank.

  • @sp33dycat i don't understand your statement. are you saying you can make money with a 100K investment but not if you invest 150-160K?

  • Yes people bite off more than they can chew but it is far from the only reason for foreclosure. If you think it that simply buying something you cannot afford is the reason then you are ignorant.

  • @ANGRYEYEBROWS That's right..who was supposed to know they would lose 40% of their life savings (equity) when the banksters trashed the market. I am still paying my underwater mortgage but it is like throwing money in a garbage pail just so I can pay the taxes and be a maintenance man! Yippee...the american dream is dead.

  • @CoinsFreedom I applaud you for keeping your head above water, you are a role model and someone who (I'm sure) sees the light at the end of the tunnel, it WILL get better and I'm SURE you will soon gain equity....best of luck to you

  • good for the people that got screwed out of everything they worked for

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH....YOU DOGS!!!!!THATS WHAT YOU IDIOTS GET FOR BUYING SOMETHING YOU COULDN'T AFFORD!!!!!!!....OOOOH..A.AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHH!

  • this is awesome. id do that too if they forclosed my house. i think its really amoral to buy a forclosed house so if your such a jerk that you would live in a house that someone else was kicked out of just cause its cheaper maybe you should have to deal with some issues with your house. i applaud the people doing this.

  • If you can't afford it don't buy it...

  • Never Buy a Fraudulent Toll Brothers Home.................Must view Video....... Youtube

    Looking for Schmucks

  • At the end of the day its really no big deal the rich are the winners no matter what you fight to stay in your house they find a way to win you leave in peace they win you trash the house before you leave big deal they still win. Who is going to come in and live in that house after you trash it the rich no, its going to be someone just like the person who left the house and it sure is not going to be the rich who fix the mess although they might profit off of the chaos that is produced.

  • While I think most people knew what they were getting into, some people were duped by unscrupulous mortgage brokers into adjustable-rate mortgages. When their rates re-set, their payments kept going up. I don't condone this sort of activity, but I understand. Also, some of these houses may have been vandalized after the owners moved out. I personally know of people who have had this happen to them.

  • haha..Its funny cause they bought the house got mad and took everything because they can't afford it no more

  • Yep, we all suffer cause the realtor who sold a house to those who couldnt afford the payments just wanted to get a commission....It all goes back to Greed, greed, greed.

  • Serves the greedy banks right!!! I still cant figure out how ANYONE can even afford a house????? Much less what apartments are charging for rent these days!

  • @Wellington5392 but thats such a catch 22 your right for us you saying serves those greedy banks right but other people suffer

  • DON'T forget to put a bunch of big ass fish in the attic, and UNDER the insulation....Also, another good place for fish parts are those box type things at the top of those wooden blinds, or voids in the drapery poles.

  • The banks definitely share the bulk of the blame for this crisis.

  • People SHOULD be angry at what has happened to them. Just wait until people REALLY figure out how the banks have swindled them out of their very lives.

  • most of these people would be completely insulted if you were to suggest that they were too ignorant to understand a contract they were about to sign, why is it so easy to forget what it said after the fact? if I sign a contract today and lose my job tomorrow it doesn't change what the contract said. The loss of understanding/character of contractual obligation is part of what is killing this country.

  • If the contract doesnt say anything about stoves, toilets, bath tubs, kitchen stuff.. there should be no problem removing it before the calculating scoundrels use dirty methods to take the house.

  • Part2. Most of the time they get nothing. People stop paying their mortage. The banks cry to the government for bail out money. Now we are in the second worse financial situaltion ever and it could have been avoided. The banks were happy to put people in ARM, interest only, no down payment. People just ask whats my payment and int rate, and thats how they fooled them. If your taking home $4000 you cant afford a $500,000 house, regardless of how the banks package it.

  • @GGreg2010 You are aware the gov started this by forcing banks to make high risk loans? When banks resisted the bad loans the gov created a way for the banks to dump these bad loans on others. You open the doors to let banks make money by writing high risk loans, which were not profitable before the gov stepped in, what do you expect to happen? The banks went after the money but got burned themselves. This wouldn't have happened without the Community Reinvestment Act. All involved got burned

  • These crybabies deserve to be publicly stoned.

  • 0:01

  • Part 6 - we have a stranger "change" the front door locks being sent from Chase Bank and then we are homeless... Get the new picture of why so many new homeless are the foreclosed upon - many with kids or a child like myself? This situation I am telling you is my story and it is the story of many other homeless people like me... I am only blessed tonight to be at a friend's house with a computer to share this story with you -- otherwise on the streets I go along with a 4 year old child in USA

  • Part 5 - Because it is homeowners like me who are NOT "Zero Down" people, who DID invest in their community who are being royally fleeced financially and then strung along on the phone by Chase Bank, not being helped but being lied to and told to fill out application after application so many times that just calling them is MORE than a 40 hour a week job just to APPLY for this loan mod that we are suddenly foreclosed upon (I'm in a NON judicial state of OR) which leads to more fraud -- and then

  • Part 4 - This is WHY so many people HATE the bankers... Because many people like me DID INVEST our hard earned money only to be finding out now that we've been lied to -- and to add insult to injury while I was applying for the last 3 years for this phantom "loan modification" since Nov. 2007 -- I WAS PAYING on the note!!! So the banks got well over $100,000 from me... Now multiply my situation many times over and you will start to see why people HATE Wall Street and are trashing their homes

  • Part 3 -- If you do not know WHO owns the Trust Deed on your house, would you continue to pay the bank if they are not the ones to give you the FREE and CLEAR title to your house? No - nobody in their right mind would continue to pay someone without knowing who they are paying the money to for a promise to a free and clear title on your home. Only a fool would give a con man money without asking what you would get in return. Understand this better now?

  • Part 2 continued -- owns my note and over five going on six years later I STILL do not know who owns my note because the banks on Wall Street created this MERS document system (on top of the fact that Chase Bank when it was "WaMu" actually LOST over 100,000 original Trust Deeds out of their Houston TX facility - read Time magazine article this week) and I did not expect the banks to LIE and CON me into telling me to STOP paying my mortgage in order to "APPLY" for a loan modification...

  • First of all I put over $85,00 CASH Down which was well over the minimum 20% required by the bank. When I went into this transaction, I believed the bank was being honest with me like many other homeowners do. I did not expect them to create a cloud on the title called the Trust Deed to my house by registering it through a sham company (google MERS fraud) nor did I expect them to lie to me about WHO is going to give me the "pink" slip to my house if I paid it off in full. I should know WHO

  • u slut steals ppl home and wonder why the fuck they are Angry they took the bath tub to shove it up ur asshole little missy ! ;D

  • mortages should be illegal. obama big failure, modifaction program a scam!Hard working peoples dreams down the drain.Children left without a home. The rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer.Only one option left , REVOLUTION!Take the USA back from these facists crooks. Wake Up America, gather up and get them!

  • @Terceira73 well America was founded by a revolution...

  • omg, just buy a new toilet and an ikea kitchen for 10-15k. 900k to 200k in two years because a fckin kitchen is missing? give me a break. thats insane.

  • It's good thing provides jobs HVAC, electricians, plumbers, carpenters dry-waller and others. Before you leave that foreclosed home rip out everything of value what you can't sell on Craigslist take to local scrape yards copper going to $3.00 / pound.

  • she said squeezing every last dollar out of "their investment". That is the problem. IT ISN'T THEIR INVESTMENT!!!!! Once again, people thinking just about themselves, and shitting on everyone they can. I hope I never get caught up in a good samaritan situation, because I don't think I could pull someone from a burning car thinking they might be one of these a-holes.

  • @VAkraut i think what she meant by the term "investment" was that ppl renovate homes, put sweat, tears and blood into their houses, only for the bank to take it away... thats what she means by investment: not the house, but the stuff ppl buy after they purchase the home. for instance, if you put in a brand new kitchen with 24k gold faucets in your home (its an example), what would you do if the bank took your home away? probs what these ppl are doing.

  • But the powers that be keep telling us that everything is great.

  • 2 Timothy 3:1 But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.

" only the strong in spirit will be at peace" I feel sad, to hear people take their own lives for material things...

  • @Mr007jessejames yeah that's just crazy, I agree with you there.

  • Aha LOL!!

    Good for them!

I have no sympathy for the banks that took these people's homes. I personally couldn't do it but that's just me; I can't blame these people at all for selling what they could out of their homes before they were forced out. Desperate times call for desperate measures and it's only going to get worse!!

  • Hey CBS, instead of blaming homeowners for trashing homes, how about blaming the banks for giving loans to people whom they knew could not pay them back, and having the government bailout the 5 big banks, while letting over 200 + small banks fail in this country, While knowing to profit by raising home mortgage rates overtime until the bubble burst (Knowing it would(Fed,Treasury) blame the banks not the homeowners!

  • @North2016 Couldn't have said it better myself friend!!

  • @North2016 the banks responsibilities does not include babysitting grown people/

  • @North2016 You got that right.

Thumbs up for that North2016 they blame all on Obama but BUSH started this.

  • @RonPauL4America2012 - Well, if the banks hadn't approved the loans then you would be blaming the banks for discriminating against low income buyers, not allowing them housing! How about the gov't that promoted these types of loans!? The gov't worked with the banks to push these mortgages! Of course the banks (and gov't) shouldn't have given so many unqualified people loans, but ultimately it's the individual's responsibility to get the loan or not.

  • @RonPauL4America2012 I agree with you

  • i just picked up a property for 60k that the original owner paid 200k for. it is missing the furnace and hotwater heater. no biggie. i am investing 15k max and rent it our

  • 5 solid and serious ways to avoid ruining your credit with a foreclosure!

  • I'm wanting to say to all you poor victims of today's society's foreclosures?

Give them hell & can't blame anyone for destroying it the way the greedy banks destroyed you! Good luck, Sincerly, A renter! :)

  • save yourself, just kill a banker...

  • This story is just trying to make the common man blame another common man for this problem. When the real fault is on the banks. Nice try corporate controlled media

  • What kind of people do this? I don't understand this. What does it accompish other than to show how mean spirited you are? I've never heard of this sort of thing happening in Canada. However I understand there is an oversupply of homes in the US & if you make a home uninhabitable then thats one less house pushing down the market. Its just too bad for the decent people in the neighbourhood.

  • @Clichyabarbes22 You never never hear that in Canada because the government treat their people better & with more respect then here in America. I saw the movie Sicko by Micheal Moore & wished I was born in Canada. Here it is pay or die! But our government official's still live the good life while watching us "the American" people suffer!

  • @Clichyabarbes22 "Desperate" people do this honey.

Hopefully you never have to go through this.

I mean just Imagine...it's not that hard to figure out why someone would do this to their home If the banks took it away from you under (who knows what) kind of circumstances!

Your'e entitled to your opinion, but I'm sure you realize by now that that was a very naive statement you made a couple of months ago

    No offense

  • Most people invest their life savings in their home. This guy (the neighbor) is an idiot. If he took sick, lost his job or was just a victim of a layoff, and the bank wouldn't work with him or takes no mercy when foreclosing on his home I'm sure he'd be upset too.

  • Absolute best way to trash a house:

    1. Spend a peaceful day fishing. Make sure you catch a lot of big ones.

    2. Cut several small holes in your walls, roughly equally spaced throughout the house. They don't need to be any bigger than a basketball. Save the drywall pieces for later.

    3. Insert fish.

    4. Patch.

    5. Paint.

For added effect, leave the house in pristine condition. Then simply lock it up, turn the A/C off or the heater on full blast.

    Congrats, your former house unsalvageable.

    :-)

  • @CarteBlanche4u

    OMG Thats vicious!

    But respectable! lol

  • @CarteBlanche4u don't forget to attach a few car batteries to the door knobs. fill the light bulbs with gasoline before u go. Also sprouts within the walls and let the water run in all of the pipes. now they've have nice mold & fungi & fish smell. Also when they turn on the lights they will be surprised!

  • @CarteBlanche4u Why would you? The point is to take salvageable parts to sell.

  • @CarteBlanche4u Be sure to throw some broken eggs in with the fish for good measure and spread mayonase in there too. Oh be sure to get a good coating of mayonase in side any ventillation ducts that you can.

  • @CarteBlanche4u i did that to a neighbors house when they were building it, but with chicken. he is a total douch. doesnt believe in keeping with neighborhood ccr. and trailers in the front yard. these are high end homes too.

  • why not most of who get kicked out n is foreclosed they should go damage to the house to make their bank happy lol

  • i love this i think people should do this oftern! f the banks

  • i love this. they should do this more often. trash trash trash is all they deserve!

  • this makes me really happy. i would love to see more of this happen in america! the bank deserve it. i would of burn that shit down!

  • thats what the banks get for being so damn greedy for money, damn right leave them with nothing!!!

  • You can't put a price on a mens right to live as a basic need for shelter. If you are greedy then you should pay the price for your greed in the terms of revenge against your greed, the world is fucked up so lets all help to make those pay for keeping the world fucked up.

  • "What other people did" bears little on your property values. I don't have any damaged homes near me and my home value dropped too. It is everything going on that caused his home value to drop not what some owner did.

  • Im looking for my first home as we speak, and Im starting by looking at foreclosed and HUD owned cribs!!! Just about everyone that Ive looked at so far has no appliances,no heat pump/central air unit, and has holes in the walls...

One good thing about all this is, I can buy a $100,000 crib for less than half of that... And if its HUD owned, they will even include in the FHA loan the money to buy and fix everything!!! :-)

  • @kaos3124

You fall right in line with the dumb asses that think people who lose their homes couldn't afford them at the time of signing or that they bought too much of a home. People have lost good paying jobs in this recession. The banks were bailed out, why can't they help the struggling homeowner? People don't want to lose their homes and they have tried everything to work it out with the bank. It is time for revenge. Fuck that house up from the floor to the ceiling.

  • That's right. If the bank refuses to work it out with you, fuck that house up. I would have taken a hammer and cracked every piece of tile in that house. Holes in the ceilings and walls. Bleach all the plants, dog feces in the dishwasher, cement mix in the garbage disposal and all drains in the house. Put rotting meat in the attic, bust all the mirrors, have someone come in and rip out all the copper and then take what I leave behind. Holes in all the doors and bust up the countertops.

  • Those homes could be alot worse. Watch the movie "MOVING" with Richard Pryor to see what a home could look like when the previous owners decide to take everything. Take the swimming pool out of the ground and the whole staircase out along with all the elecrical wiring and tiles in the kitchen and so on.

  • Here is the Truth. I worked for HUD till I retired and when neighbors called to report a thief. Even when the peopleare still there taking the stuff.. I've called the main number to report so I could call the police. They Seemed they didn't care. This reports says half.. I think its more like 80% are damaged by the owners. I see alot of damage on the reports,, Its the Dept Of Housing Urban Development fault to allow this to happen.

  • @dallaspolo

No it is the banks fault for not working with the homeowner. The banks are going to sell it at a loss anyway. Why not try to modify the loan to keep the homeowner in the house. Then when the homeowner gets back on their feet, they can start making a larger payment. But no, they would rather be greedy and try to hurt the homeowner. I say fuck that house up from the floor to the ceiling.

  • @searching4answers100 So do you honestly think its the banks fault that you can't pay your bills. Banks willn't foreclose on a home unless your are 90 day behind payments. Yes the banks do work with the owners. I guess your one of those losers who got foreclosed and take it out on your own property.UNLESS!!! I so glad I don't live next to you! Your one of those owners that Code enforcement has to control I'm sure a 10x10 Padded cell would make a nice living space for your lame retarted ass!

  • @dallaspolo

I haven't been foreclosed on yet. But if it happens, they can kiss this house goodbye. I will take pleasure if fucking up this house from the ceiling to the floor. People on the internet have given me so many wonderful and inventive ideas. And the banks can't do shit about it. I know this for a fact. Now they can try to come after me for the residual, but I would file bankruptcy to block that. It will be fun fucking over the bank.

  • @searching4answers100 If its a FHA it backed by the Goverment,, Have you ever heard what happens when destorying goverment property? What it does to the neighborhood. Would you like someone next to you buy a 100K home in a 700K neighborhood due to damage . Then see what moves in!

  • @dallaspolo

I know people personally who have destroyed their foreclosed homes. NOTHING HAPPENS TO THEM..LOL And who gives a shit about the neighborhood, if you are foreclosed on, you have to leave it anyway. So fuck everyone and everything around the house. I don't give a fuck who moves in. But you just gave me another idea. I will release live rats or mice here and let them multiply throughout the neighborhood. Thanks.

  • @searching4answers100 Im sure it will do the trailer Park Wonders

  • @dallaspolo

Your dumb ass wish I lived in a trailer park or a ghetto. But surprise.... I live in an upper middle class neighborhood. lol

  • @searching4answers100 Carefull for those tornados.. I wouldn't want a house to fall on you..

  • @dallaspolo

Be careful sucking my cock, I wouldn't want you to choke on my cum. hahahahah

  • Great news piece! I have created piggybankblog com for all those who have been abused by Bank of America.

  • @kaos3124

Have you heard the term "bait and switch" or "non disclosure"? Not to mention "reverse red lining" or targeting"? Are you aware that people are loosing homes they have lived in their entire life? How about "unlawful foreclosure"? Of course not. Before you call someone a dumb ass, you might want to educate yourself......dumb ass.

  • Ok apparently now Lendingtree is letting homeowners swap out the adjustable high interest morgues. for a low interest 30 year fixed rate one under 5% so give them a call first and if for some reason they can't help you ? then get a boldozer and level your house........!

  • asshole people they cant pay for it so they trash it lazy fucks

  • Feel sorry for the Leace's everyone with there expensive ass furniture and there big screen tv. not the people being homeless after losing there homes........!

  • AT 2:04, they owe more because of refinancing so many times to cover their dept.

  • If I lose my home, I will give away everything in my house to my neighbors and friends who want upgrades. Then I will fuck this house up so much, no one will want it. for years. Fuck Obama for not helping out the homeowners, he helped the banks instead. One term President for sure.

  • @Xsighting101 The Republicans created this not Obama and Obama is having the FBI look into these adjustable rate morgues I heard on CNN........!

  • @METALMAN4Wii

It doesn't matter who created it, Obama isn't going to do anything about it. He already said that people are going to lose their houses and his administration can't do anything to help. No one is offering the so called "hope for homeowners" program that Obama initiated. They took the bail out money and basically laughed in his face. I say if you lose your house, fuck it up so no one else can live in it for years.

  • @Xsighting101 Im with on the fuck the house up part buddy.

ps did you see the youtube video of the guy who destroyed his house with a boldozer freaking great.......!

  • @METALMAN4Wii

I didn't see that video, I will have to look that up. Thanks.

  • @Xsighting101 No problem also I heard congress is trying to pass a law that the banks must let the homeowners switch there adjustable rate morgue. for a fixed low interest 30 year one before they can take there house away so lets hope they do.......!

  • @METALMAN4Wii

But we all know that the lenders are not listening to Obama or Congress. They are going to get away with bullying the homeowner until they get the house.

  • When I saw the word "trashed", I was expecting lots and lots of garbage, cheap liquor bottles, gallon-sized sake jugs, pink butt plugs, and cans upon cans of Steel Reserve 211, along with a nice case of the Hershey squirts all over the bathroom floor......(see "Nightmare Rental Property" vid on YouTube).

  • This is a good reason to buy houses in cash. People shouldn't mortgage what they can't afford. If you can't afford it, don't buy it, its not that hard to understand.

  • I'd take it all and sell it.I've paid cash for my houses,it is the inflated property tax that is killing me.

  • If I had a house that was foreclosed I would take the copper out of the walls

  • No kaos, it's people like me who hold the economy back, helping to crash it which will help level the playing field. How do I do it? My friends and family have made a pact: buy nothing but food and water. Withdraw our support from the economy by complete cessation of spending. The goal: make the dollar worthless so those with billions of them have more signs of "worthlessness" than anyone else :) As more people do this, the sooner true recovery happens. Total crash means complete reset.

  • I would offer pennies ONLY! allot of repairs and you never know what you come across.

  • this is a trashpickers dream i just keep haveing gargesales

  • $206K!!! Where in FL is that!?? That is a steal! Rehab for that could be done in 60 days and ROI in 2 years E A S Y!!!

  • everyone wants a house and no one can afford it so things crashed

  • @garycalgary

    Why can't they afford it?

People should say some money if they want things like that.

  • @Zorrachus

    save**

  • FUCK YOU BANKS!!! Kill a banker today

  • @atsuroc lol

  • kill a Foreclosurer they are the dumb fucks who agree to the deal that is why you can not get a federal job with bad credit people with bad credit can not be trusted there are very few good reasons why people should get there house Foreclosured on losing a job is not one of them people should live with in there means

  • nobody is forcing you to take the loan dipshits!if you cant pay back the fucking loan,DONT DO IT! bunch of fucking whiner, lazy, takers!live within your means! is that so hard to understand?read the contract before you sign!dont understand what an adjustable rate mortgage is? then find out!ignorant buyers, and asshole lenders created this mess, and smart ,and stable buyers, will pull us out. dont give up,and dont trash the house,it works against us!of course im buying a new house.(smart/stable)

  • @308scoutrfl

Hey asshole! You probably still have a job if you're buying a new house. Most of the folks in foreclosure don't have jobs anymore. I thought bro' Obama was gonna pay our mortgages?

  • yep, i do! i understand people in forclosure most likley lost there job,but what gives them the right to steal, destroy, property that DOES NOT belong to them? fuck obama!

  • its true you are correct but understand even some of the smart buyers are like 3/4 of the way from finish paying off their home, they lose their income and well there the ones that lose it the most because they are so fusterated in almost paying off they destroy the house, they burn up their savings to pay for it, they cant find an income and cant agree with the lender to find a solution so they just go crazy and do shit like this...i bet if u lost income u would do the same thing.

  • You're right, the lenders did this. I bet you're "smart" ass can't name the lenders. Bet you also didn't know the lenders are bankrupt. Have you seen what the IMF/World Bank does to third world nations? Let me give your inbred ass a clue. They're doing it here on US soil as we speak. Go blame your neighbor's when they get foreclosed, or some naive college graduates that think they live in stable society as the dollar crashes. Bet you find yourself in similar shoes soon ... eat your words smarty.

  • LMAO F U BANKS

  • Poor poor bank

you pay 400,000 dollars on a 200,000 loan. And think of the intrest you could gain from all that. Almost 700,000 dollars. Banks drove themselves into the ground. And if The banl was taking my house I would do the exact same thing. I would probably tear it up even worse and poor salt all over the yard.

  • why do they act so shocked. i'd take everything

  • I'm sorry, I know several people in foreclosure now. My own family was close to it in 2006, one family in particular plan to strip everything they can out of the home if it happens. I can't say that I blame them. You work so hard for something so long and then it's taken from you in less then 9 months.
