  • One of the best video's on LDR.

I met my boyfriend 2 years ago online, we have always kept in contact and then we finally decided to meet up.. things went perfect! Once we met first time things started to just look up for us, we had shared our feelings for each other then we started to meet up more, and last NYE we were with each other and we finally had our first kiss. We are now in a relationship and things are going perfect :) cannot wait to see him in February.

  • @MelissaBrady08 That's wonderful! What a beautiful love story! I wish you guys all the best and that your relationship flourishes! Take loads of pictures in February!

  • i fell in love with a guy i met online more than 2 years ago, at first we had alot of problems because i had a bad experience with long distance relationships, but after lots of talking n we worked it out, n now our relationship is great. We r friends because we talk about anything n we r in love. i know its not the best situation but i dont regret not even a minute of this 2 years together. I LOVE HIM

  • @fiorodmarcostarica That is great! I'm so happy for you! :D

  • Long distance relationship can also be difficult because you will miss them too much & want him/her to be there beside you or even to comfort you in person & sometimes you either get little too jealous or even have like about a 50% trust on that person because most people will think " does he/she really love me or did they move on?" the question is, how can you stop preventing this type of emotion from happening? idk if this really replies to any1 but this is what I have in mind when watching

  • @krazyxmonk3y It's very true that you miss each other, but if you have good communication you can still comfort each other well enough to hold off the negativity. Jealousy is a problem in all couples, whether you're close or far away. It all depends on how you deal with it. Trust is also something all couples have to work on. You can't prevent the thoughts and emotions that eat away at you. All you can do is tackle them when they come. If you need more info, i'm making another video this week.

  • wow so far outta all teh videos on youtube , so far yours was the best on LDR

  • @torimelodic223 For real? cool! well, if you liked this one, then stay tuned. i am working on a LDR collaboration with my long distance boyfriend. it will have more specific tips and reenactments. :)

  • @bukroot yeah :) i deff will ^_^ and im looking foward to it !

  • Hi :) i really need some advice on relationships!! Anyway we could talk iin private :) ?

    Thanks :) :)

  • @swetacullen sure! if i'm late to answer, please don't take it personally. i'm incredibly busy lately. but i will definitely answer. :) PM me whenever you want.

  • @KatieMarie94x thanx for dropping by! :) and enjoy being single!

  • @KatieMarie94x i guess it all falls down to perspective. i don't like being single because i get lonely and i want to be able to share intimate moments with someone i feel comfortable with. i'm just not the kind of person who can feel comfortable with many different people over a short span of time. as for the LDR, i must specify that there have to be frequent visits otherwise you're right: it won't work.

  • @KatieMarie94x single or not, both situations have their perks and their downsides. :) enjoy what you have...and what you don't have.

  • Ive known my boyfriend for 2 months prior to us becoming bf and gf. Ive been with him for 7months and ive only seen him for 2 months out of this relationship. He's going to school in costa rica while im in new york and we talk on whenever he can.. I love him but im starting to have doubts. Should i endure this long distance relationship or end things? Idk what to do.

  • @twiix29 listen, breaking up is up to u. i can't tell you what to do. i've been with my bf for 8 months and we've only seen each other for 2 months. personally i dont think that means the relationship is any less strong or that it doesn't mean as much as a proximal one. quite the opposite. if you and your bf have stayed in touch during the months u r apart then it actually helps build ur feelings for each other. if u care about each other, i say stick it out. but what kind of doubts r u having?

  • @bukroot we do talk over fb but that's when he can. My doubts are just us losing interest in each other. Even though he lets me know that we'll be together for along time. He even talks about us getting married and having kids in the future. We're both 16, I know "young love" but i love him and i don't want to give up.

  • @twiix29 my friend, if you like each other, i say stick with it for as long as you possibly can. young love isn't a bad thing. there are so many occasions when young couples end up together. just don't give up on it just because other people tell you it won't last. there are times when people lose interest in each other, but that's definitely not always the case. it all depends on how much you want to be together and how much you respect each other.

  • @twiix29 continue it! ^__^

  • I've met this guy since Spring break and during this summer vacation we've gotten closer than ever , so far he's been better than the guys I normally date . He lives in Phoenix, Arizona and I live in Hawaii , and we talk to each other on Facebook and Xbox live everyday .We're in a relationship right now but when I go back to school , I know theres always gonna be one of my friends trying to break us up and set me up with someone in my current city , but I really like him and wanna be with him :/

  • @GorexSx0 If you want to be with him, I say ignore everyone and just go for it. Trust me when i say there is no distance long enough to keep apart two people who want to be together. :)

  • I new this guy since I was 4 we were best of friends and we had play dates everyday but on my 9th birthday we moved 3 states away:( I had no way to get in touch but a few months ago I found him on facebook after 6 years of not hearing from him (I'm 15 now) now we talk all day and night on xbox live and he told me he really wants to be with me and I want to be with him but I never ever been in a long distance relationship :( I really care about him to :.(

  • @tigerwithinyou45 That is SUCH a cute story! :) I'd love to help out. If you need anything: advice, assistance... just let me know. being in a long distance relationship is not as horrible as many people make it sound. It can be really great if you know what you're doing.

  • this is such a good video, my boyfriend is so worth the distance :) i've been with him for over a year he's more than one in a billion :) <3

  • @Rosie31321 That's awesome to hear! :) If your boyfriend is worth as much as you say he is then it's great to know you're sticking it out, girl! I wish you to be happy together for many many years to come. How far away are you at the moment, if you don't mind my asking?

  • @bukroot oh yea he's totally worth the wait :) i love him so much, and his in New Zealand and i'm in Australia, it's not too bad, the time difference is only 2 hours which is alright, it's just hard to get to see him often because we both have school to worry about and such, but we talk every single day :)

  • @Rosie31321 New Zealand - Australia, eh? hmm... i think that's fine. far enough to be considered long distance, but not so far that the time difference makes it difficult to stay in touch. it's great that you talk every day even though you both have busy schedules. that's the secret to making it work, i believe. staying in touch so you don't feel you are apart. and communicating your every thought and emotion to your partner. i have a feeling you two are going to go the distance. :) best of luck

  • @bukroot oh yea for sure we'll go the distance :) i think i've found the love of my life, even though i'm still very young, but thats what it feels like

  • Hi, found your channel from one of the comments you left on Chinwart's latest video. So, I decided to stop by and check out your channel. Awesome video! Long distance relationships are great, once you find out, your computer comes with an off switch. LOL. And, the camera loves you! I'm looking forward to seeing more of your videos. Take care and have a great day!

  • @wolfbracker hi there! thanx for stopping by. People don't usually check out other youtubers' channels just because they saw a comment on another video. Thank you for your kind words. You made me blush. :P and you can be sure you will see more of my videos to come. :) august is going to be on fire!! ;) U have a great day, too!

  • @bukroot Usually, I don't check out other people channels from their comments. Okay, once in a while, I do. LOL. And, I'm glad I did!

  • @wolfbracker :) Cool! I guess I'm lucky then.

  • @bukroot I will be contacting you if i need words of advice xD <3 ty!

  • @AleOmalley13 Sure. :) No problem.

  • Now if I could just start a relationship! Ha Ha! It's going to take someone very very special to appreciate my special qualities!!! I am very proud of you Rose!

  • @UglyGirlSingsGood1 Girl, when you meet that special man he is going to ADORE YOU! You are definitely an amazing person and when someone sees that they will not want to ever let you go. :)

  • Yeah I will try just sit & talk about it, I Love him very much & its funny because he wants to do Theoretical Physics & I like writing haha I have high hopes! thank you very much for your comment! (:

  • @AleOmalley13 Don't mention it. :) I love getting to know new people. Especially those strong enough to endure a long distance relationship. We're a rare breed. Hang in there though. It sounds like you two have something special.

  • @bukroot I will be contacting you if i need words of advice xD <3 ty!

  • Love this video! My Boyfriends off to Reed & I'm off to NYU /: I know we'll be good at long distance but it makes me sad & I get all nervous & crazy sometimes because I don't want to take this year or 2 for granted till he leaves. I've been doing it recently but I feel like I'm doing to much & I should relax, sighs.. -_-" hahaha all I can say is I hope I get more mins so we can talk & a laptop!

  • @AleOmalley13 Sweetheart, you and your boyfriend are going to be fine! If you love each other I truly believe no distance can come between you. I don't know how far New York and Reed are from each other, but you said you still have 2 years together before the move. That's great! it's plenty of time to talk about how you are going to handle this situation and to schedule meet-ups when you can. and yeah, a laptop with a good internet connection and skype or oovoo is a MUST!

  • Great video! and some great advice! Thumbs up from me Rosie xx

  • @chinwart Yay! :) Thanx, Paul! oh and btw, subbed to your wife. She's so cute how she gets all shy in front of the camera! :P

  • @bukroot ha ha yeah she is far from shy in reallife hunnie:D xxx

  • hes going away to oklahoma imma die...

  • @smileyluv97 Don't die. It's seriously not as bad as it sounds.

  • Really excellent video. My wife and I went through this so I can identify on so many levels. The only problem is I just recently re-watched your collab with vdeo and I just can't help thinking your an alien right now, so it's not like you have an issue teleporting where you want to go.

  • @TheLionsDenNews I DEFINITELY wish i had the ability to teleport! that way i wouldn't need to work as much to make money for the tickets. :P

  • epishs an den s aresei to LDR dokimase LSD

  • Long distance relationships usually fail when one starts trying/caring more than the other...

    Good video!

  • @MyImaginaryVoices That's where communication comes in. ;)

  • Long distance has never worked for me babes, tries it 3 times, never again xxxxxx

  • @DibbersPage It's definitely not for everyone. but those who can push through it definitely have a lot to gain.

  • your so pretty!

  • @GiraffeApocalypse Aww! thank you. (blush) :)

  • Wow, that is a long distance relationship. Is he in the military by any chance?

  • @miles2057 Yes, he is. :) Did the dogtag give it away? :P

  • @bukroot I wasn't gonna say anything about the dog tag but yes, it did give it away.

Is he part of the navy? And were they in Rhodes? I wish you all the best of luck and hope it turns out well.Could you do a video telling us about him, where you met him, how long you've been together and how often you see each other? You know, all the usual questions! LoL! You probably know I'm a curious person by nature and information is my junk food for the brain! loL! All the best for the two of you.

  • @miles2057 haha yeah, he's in the navy and we met here in Rhodes last December. we've been together ever since.

  • hehe noobies .

  • @gabexavier hehe I'm guessing you enjoyed that one. :P

  • @bukroot it made me giggle. for some reason you saying noobies was funny :P great video though

  • @gabexavier maybe it's the speech speed. :P

  • in weird ways long distance ends up being the best for couples because the nagging and time is different than spending all the time together. It's a challenge but sticking it out shows that the longer it lasts the better off it could be but not always.

  • @NewWaveFan1 Yeah. not always. but i believe the odds of success are directly related to how the couple views their LDR and whether or not they make the most of their situation and accept it for what it is: an opportunity for growth.

  • @bukroot I'd be up for it maybe like with a girl from Europe but wouldn't be sure how it would take a toll on me. I can get why many dislike them but yeah making the most of their situations for growth is idealistic.

  • @NewWaveFan1 Sure, it's hard at times, but the benefits you reap are so worth the sacrifices. I don't think it's idealistic to want to turn a supposedly negative situation into a positive one.

  • @bukroot yeah are you open to long distance relationships?

  • @NewWaveFan1 Of course, I am! So much that I have chosen a partner with a military career. This means I can look forward to a life-long LDR.

  • @bukroot I see now thats good what ever makes you happy.

  • I love this video! And it was timed well too(for me). There might be something to change, but I can't find it if there is.. the day is approaching soon. Sooner than expected by two weeks actually... anyways, keep making your videos ^.^

    --Kyle

  • @redburned You'll see when a few weeks pass by (after you get used to the new routine) that there is a lot to gain by being in a LDR. :) I urge you to stick it out, Kyle. You won't regret it. No matter what happens, you are both going to learn so much.

  • Is it a coincidence that you made a video on long distance relationships after I commented about my soon to be long distance relationship?

  • @redburned Yes, it is actually. I've had the script for this ready for a few months and only just now found the time to shoot it. Today was my first day off in a LONG time. So how do you like it? Is it helpful? Anything you would change?

  • what u said is so true! i am currently in a long distance relationship, and though times it does hurt to be so far away, every moment together is perfection, thank you so much for making this blog!

  • @adidasVBSS You're so welcome! :) And I'm definitely going to have to agree with you. It's a sort of bitter-sweet pain, isn't it?

  • I approve of this message!

  • @zottepark YAY!! Now this video is Zottepark-Approved! Thank you!
