  • @cosmicgrooves sorry but it's also the type of food you consume, I ate a lot of fat and calories but it was the kinds of food I was eating that helped me burn fat and reved up my metabolism

  • Ok first of all this is to all of the comments on here. I am on his diet it works im full all day and my middle is smaller. I feel great. If you lower your calories too low you body will go into starvation mode and shut down ( learned that the hard way) I am active but I don't have time to go to a gym every night. This diet is about making healthier choices when you eat and yes I could eat this stuff every day it is full of choices i can have something different every meal.

  • I'm pretty skinny but my stomach is a lil' ''big''... I workout sometimes but I don't see much differences... maybe i'm not doing the right exercices to get my flat stomach... but one thing is for sure... These diets won't make you look skinnier... don't be lazy and workout!

  • You are right ComsicGrooves...It's not about what you eat...your body has the ability to convert it into energy...it's all about the calories...any extra unused calories are stored as fat.

  • i agree with cosmic grooves

  • that's what this diet is about. Eating 1600 calories per day instead of these outrageous amounts we normally eat! Very simple.

  • who's going to eat this stuff forever and when you stop eating it, and go back to eating regular food your going gain the weight back daaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is so stupid. There is only ONE way to lose weight and to lose fat. That is to consume less calories than your body burns. If you consume more calories than you need in a day, that turns into FAT. Fat belly diet, atkins, grapefruit... whatever. The only way anyone will ever lose weight is by buring more calories than they consume.

  • actually there have been scientific research on eating monounsaturated fatty acids and their connection to decrease belly fat. this has science to back it up!
