Hey Justin, great video. Thanks for introducing us to the new features coming to WordPress 3.3. I'm using the Embed.ly plugin to insert links to media, but that also includes tweets, podcasts and tons of other multimedia files. But just like you said, the sizes can't be adjusted.
The video embedding feature is not unique to WP 3.3 at all it has been around for a while

Yeah, I use Viper Video Quicktags so I can control embed sizes and it does more than just YouTube though I pretty much only embed YouTube videos.
