Those lines on the roof, you can delete them, and nothing will change.
The roof is better make by making a box (house) and on the top pushing ofset tool.
Make it a little biger, than the house, and then draw a triangle. press push/pull tool, and make the roof. If you didn`t understand anything, just watch my videos.
