  • lol when you said hopefully you'll eat lunch and you wont be waiting for dinner i lauphed.

    im a wrestler and i have to constantly be cutting weight and i wont eat for a couple DAYS at a time. im in desperate need of help with this. i always seem to not eat for a while and not lose much then ill eat and i will gain it back. FML PLEASE HELP!!!

  • scrambled eggs with a piece of fruit. or a hard boiled egg w/ a piece of buttered whole grain toast. or hard boiled egg w/ fruit. best to avoid boxed cereal.

  • @Ahawkins2770 grapefruit is not too bad glycemically and is antiestrogenic and hydrating = win and I follow it with some mung bean sprouts

    Bread = NG IMHO, cut out the grains and dairy IMHO
