I just got off the phone with Dr. Weinstein to do a background check on a personal injury lawyer who used him as a reference. He seemed surprised I had never heard of him before. Huh, I suppose he is famousish. He's also a little bit of a jerk.

I don't think he started out that way. His present wife is demanding money and he may have sold his soul in order to keep her in the style she wishes to be accustomed to.

That's not true.
His former wife absconded with their daughter from Florida to New York. She sought an order of protection and got it. Monty was therefore prohibited from seeing his daughter. Mother got child support with substantial arrears.
Monty was awarded liberal parenting time and the couple settled their differences. He is no dead beat dad.
HEED granted a doctorate.
He was never sued for fraud.
He is licensed in 3 states and is a blessing to litigants who retain him for his advice.

Monty Weinstein is supposedly a champion of Father's rights, yet he himself is a deadbeat dad.
GOOGLE MONTY WEINSTEIN AND YOU'LL SEE FOR YOURSELF! He applied for a passport and it was denied because he owed more than 5,000 in child support! He preys on desperate men trying to get help with their divorces. He tells them he'll "get them custody." His degree is from a mail order university (H.E.E.D. University. Healing through the External Degree). He was sued in small claims for fraud and lost.
