There is a new spinosaurid called Oxalaia Quilombensis, it's recently discovered in eastern South America in 2011, as it is between the size of Suchomimus and Spinosaurus.

I don't remember ever saying I believe that. Our particular government does regulate many things that they probably shouldn't and are doing some things outside the country they probably shouldn't be doing as well. You have an unusual way of thinking of tax. Tax is used to help keep the economy going, to help pay for roads and to pay for the police and firefighters. Im sure you could google pictures an see just how massive those fish were... Hell the largest Crocodiles today maybe make 18 ft... back then they were closer to 40 ft.
So fish would have suited Spino just fine, it wasn't a power-house beast like T-Rex meant to take down Triceratops

@razer0072073 its head looks, but look at the size of it.there was more than fish on the menu. this thing was easily around 4-6 tons (maybe more) than t-rex. with a size like that, it couldn't eat enough fish to satisfy it's hunger. Land creatures were on the menu too, and in it's area, there was hardly a creature big enough to stay off its list.
The T-Rex Scavenger Theory has Officially been put to rest, So people really need to stop with that shit. T-Rex was no more Scavenger then Spinosaurus, Giga, an Allosaurus.... T-Rex did what any predator would do to survive with minimal effort an avoiding injury so he wouldn't become prey for another predator.
Also there are healed wounds on Triceratops an other animals so last time i checked dead animals can't heal.
in nature what happened at 2:30 the T-rex would have won because consuming small dinos and large non-dino (spino) vs what ever fleash fits in the jaws (t-rex). The walking mouth would have won easily.

And Spinosaurus also came well before T. Rex, this is another reason why T. Rex was the most advanced predator in the theropoda genus.

A T. Rex does stand a chance in a fall to the ground when stationary depending on how or where it fell. Spinosaurus however would be more wary of its larger spine, carefull in its hunting habits, avoiding contact with its spine as it was an extra appendage.

Also, size can be a disadvantage in fights like these. Spinos sail is fused to its vertebrae so if it fell over it would die. Same goes for other large predators, their size generates huge forces when falling which can easily lead to death.

T-Rex by far has the strongest biteforce of all terrestrial creatures of all time and could go farther by exceeding and breaking its vertebraes on its neck. I hope you realize T-Rex can destroy a Triceratop's frill and browhorn, which is evidence due to the fact the Triceratops survived its encounter with T-Rex with healed marks on its skull.

T-Rex and Giganotosaurus could easily take down that overgrown sail boat :)
Spino was weaker, thinner, had pathetic hollowed teeth, very weak jaws, very dumb compared to these 2 and wouldn't even know how to fight other large enemies :P
the only thing it had was those claws but it's arms weren't that large but biggest down falls, they can just bite & pull them dropping the Spino breaking the sail/spin :O

I don't remember ever saying I believe that. Our particular government does regulate many things that they probably shouldn't and are doing some things outside the country they probably shouldn't be doing as well. Thing is that can be blamed on a lot of other people's personal opinion and religious beliefs. Everything you describe is more or less connected more to religion then government. Im sure you could google pictures an see just how massive those fish were... Hell the largest Crocodiles today maybe make 18 ft... back then they were closer to 40 ft.

@razer0072073 its head looks, but look at the size of it.there was more than fish on the menu. this thing was easily around 4-6 tons (maybe more) than t-rex. with a size like that, it couldn't eat enough fish to satisfy it's hunger. Land creatures were on the menu too, and in it's area, there was hardly a creature big enough to stay off its list.

The T-Rex Scavenger Theory has Officially been put to rest, So people really need to stop with that shit. T-Rex was no more Scavenger then Spinosaurus, Giga, an Allosaurus.... T-Rex did what any predator would do to survive with minimal effort an avoiding injury so he wouldn't become prey for another predator.
Also there are healed wounds on Triceratops an other animals so last time i checked dead animals can't heal.
Spino's cool though but i like T-Rex better,

@lordmaurits T. rex was a stronger predator, it was much more heavily built and was adapted to take down heavily armoured prey, Spino was lighter built in comparison with a longer, slender skull.
And Spinosaurus also came well before T. Rex, this is another reason why T. Rex was the most advanced predator in the theropoda genus.

A T. Rex does stand a chance in a fall to the ground when stationary depending on how or where it fell. Spinosaurus however would be more wary of its larger spine, carefull in its hunting habits, avoiding contact with its spine as it was an extra appendage.

The strongest jaws of any terrestrial animal, perfect 3d vision and the best sense of smell found on any carnivorous dinosaur. A non-damaged T-rex tooth is twice as long as your hand. A t-rex did have perfect 3d vision, because the eye sockets face forward giving it binocular vision. T-rex had one of the largest set of eyes on any animal that has ever lived on land.
Also, size can be a disadvantage in fights like these. Spinos sail is fused to its vertebrae so if it fell over it would die. Same goes for other large predators, their size generates huge forces when falling which can easily lead to death.

@EtaCarinaez ... you stated that t-rex had the largest tooth in history, i debunked that... so why mention it again? you hardly disagreed with me or agreed with me...
and "perfect" is not a word that is suited here... it had good sterioscopic vision for its genus... thats it. its jaws would have been inferior to extinct mega crocodiles.. estimates put it at 3500 pounds (based off how much force needed to replicate t-rex bite marks) to 7000 pounds (match formula) as for brains (cont)

@behemuth 3,500 psi is only when feeding, killing bites have been placed at 8000 psi, actually.
Secondly, T. Rex does have the largest known teeth of any predatory DINOSAUR.
As for brain to size ratio, T. Rex has been ranked as the fourth smartest non-avian dinosaur known and as a predator it had to be, it had near perfect binocular vision, even greater than that of a Golden Eagle some argue.
Spinosaurus WOULD die from a fall if it crushed its spine, it couldn'y really deal with such.

@WaldronicTomotron if someone argues that t-rex had better vision than the golden eagle, they are beyond stupid...
and i argued against t-rex being the smartest, never said it were the dumbest.
that it has the largest dino teeth i never argued against ether.
and its 7000 pounds of bite force. the 3500 pounds came from upscaling the actual finds to what the force would be closer to the jaw hinge. also, thats assuming the bites really were post mortem, which we don't know ether way.
