The expression a picture says it all can at times be misleading...for all we know this woman is a zoo staff member or trainer and is simply enjoying some playtime with the polar bear ,. and she is just laughing..If this picture was of a polar bear in the Artic or something and not domesticated like this one...and she came upon it by accident in its own environment then I would be more prone to believe that it's an attack LOL
