Cell phones and especially texting WHILE DRIVING should be outlawed. I know it would still happen but this accident should be made public to any teen getting their drivers license or even learners permit. Tell the story to all teens about these girls. MAYBE, they would think twice. RIP and condolences to family and friends.
i remember this also...breaks my heart..they had their whole lives ahead of them and it was ended too soon. sorry for your loss
