Barry seems to be doing an effective job at doing end-runs around Congress with his executive appointments and regulations, all with the same power as actual legislation. This executive power needs to be limited drastically!

Marathonmarch brings up a good point. Come November we need to be as informed about our congressional candidates as we are about the presidential candidates and try to vote for those who support Dr. Paul's message. Having said that, Obama has shown campaign promises amount to snowflakes on a summer day. All I can say is that if Paul does win the presidency, he will still need our support to make the changes we so desperately need. One man can't do it all.

It doesn't matter if Paul wins or not, the office still has to deal with the senate and congress. Ron Paul won't be able to get much done. I have seen 10 administrations and it's the same shit every time. If the gov doesn't raise your personal income tax they do it in other ways like more taxes on your gasoline or food or property. It has happened under the last 10 administrations.

@Marathonmarch You are correct, but Paul will fight for the people rather than against the people. Paul might not be able to do achieve many of his goals in office (only a revolution could do that), but he will prevent a lot of very bad things from happening that would otherwise go unchecked or encouraged by Obama or Romney.

The U.S. election process is so confusing and complex to me, but I'm learning, better then not.

I completely support Ron Paul on every issue. I feel he's an economic genius. I feel he's very trustworthy and a man of great integrity.
