You need to take more time and get more of the hair/skin/etc. in. From what i saw (and i'm no expert on photo manipulation and shit) you just rushed through everything without really trying at all, mostly at the beginning. Afterwards, it was pretty decent.

great job man. great attention to detail. really appreciate this tutorial, most people see it as trolling, but have to have SOME sort of artistic ability to pull off shops like yours. good job man.

Not bad at all. I do mine quite differently. It's interesting to see how different folks can accomplish the same task through diverse means. I tend to never use the Smudge Tool because I don't like how it blurs the skin texture, instead I copy the sections I'm going to morph onto a separate layer and use edit/transform/warp to manipulate it. The ears should be sharpened up a bit and the nose "cap" should be textured, blurred slightly and then blended into the true nose. Again, nice work
