Can i ask why is there a damage cap? By putting the damage cap the game takes away storms special advantage :(. To put a damage cap on is like having a health limit for life, or charm and ward limit for balance or stat limit for ice and soo on. Man the game hates diviners D:

@Wizard101Buzz For storm, the 68 set is based on storm damage and crit rate rather than the waterworks set which had a bit of that but it also had added defense... so its like a choice between defense or offense.

i must say basilisk is better but this is pretty cool. it is not flippen overpowered its level 68, 9 pip spell! check the math leviathan is more powerful

@oazombie45 leviathan does 1000 damage to one person. Sirens does 900 too two enemies or more. you do the math

1000*1= 1000

910*2= 1820

for only one pip more and forget about the other effects siren has

@ThatTekDude Removes 2 blades to all enemies... gives -50% accuracy to all enemies.. Reduce threat to all enemies.
