  • Nice tricks. I'd like to cook more the yellow by frying method but without turn the egg, any tips? More water? Cheers.

  • thats good if you reheat thanks for the info keep on cooking.

  • just one thing for me i dont understand how people eat ice cold eggs or when they put veggies in ice cold water maybe its just me but i like my food hot

  • @jbrown1951 Its called an ice bath..its shocks and stops the cooking process and help to retain their colour. You do this method if your doing large quantities and reheat them later.

  • the poach egg was overcooked

  • @wikinic lol With a runny yolk in the center how can it be over cooked?

  • I don't understand why you added water when you fried the egg, what effect does it have?

  • @CpopMusik its a french technique called steam fried...its very healthy and if cooked right it makes your egg taste fantastic.

  • @timothyngim

What an idiot you are. It was clearly a demonstration you melon.

Maybe we should all stop eating sandwiches since our hands aren't clean enough for our own mouths.

If I forgot to mention it, you're stupid.

  • This is pretty good, I may have to try that. It will certainly make me a better chef.

  • @TheChefAustin Thank you..its just a great little technique that works every time...thanks for watching.

  • @splodee1 its call eye to eye....composed & performed by myself.

  • @stevescooking It's nice, I like it a lot.

  • @splodee1 Thanks buddy

  • actually u dont need to put any water that optional u could just cover it up

  • @omarmexi100 Its your choice...the water just helps it steam more and thats my choice..like you said..its optional...this just works for me.

    cheers

    steve

  • @stevescooking I agree. The ice water stage just stops it overcooking for me. You want that lovely yolk to just ooze out.

  • @LondonPride25 Yes exactly...you want the water to shock it..and that will stop it cooking instantly. :)

    Thanks for watching buddy

    Steve
