As far as I recall you can fly in this game later on. Your character if human is part Saiyan. A very small %. Thus you can go Super Saiyan around lvl 40+ (i think starter c ap is 50). If your a fan of DB, DBZ, DBGT and any other subseridies of the series. You will enjoy this game alot.

It's not like they COULDN'T program flying into the game, they just chose not to. I'm pretty sure it would off balance the already existing mounts.
