the way it idles is so choppy(in a good way) like a big block gasser. it must have cam work done to it. bigger cams? cam lifters? anybody know? anyway gotta love them 5.9 24valves

The injection pump/ Governor setup is the main thing making it lope.

No, injection pump.... I can assure you. The cam might make a small difference, but the pump is what is producing 90% of the lope.
