ive read that if you dont put the host files in before you install you are screwed because Adobe puts you on a blacklist and even if you uninstall and try it again you are still on the blacklist. Can anyone confirm this or find a way to get around it?

@theduttch Try the following steps and it shall work:

1. Remove the application you are trying to activate. (Uninstall completely)

2. Re-install the application and apply crack or use serial.

3. Apply the Hosts file hack and try again.

@omarbasha93 yeah really, i didnt. i do have 2 hard drives on my PC though, i have the HDD from my old PC that i transfered, and a new HDD for the new windows install. i copied the hosts file from the old HDD C drive (now D drive) and put that in the spot and did all the instructions. hopefully that would have solved the issue.

BTW I noticed that adobe programs try to activate automatically. I saw it written somewhere when you have to agree with license.....

@chippie3000 yup thats right.. but when you do this successfully it won't activate automatically.. because what this actually doing (i think) is that it points the activation servers to your local ip which cancels the operation.. tc :D

I tried, but my Anti Virus blocked the process. I have Avira Anti Virus

@chippie3000 i don't know about the anti virus, maybe because you were editing system files or because of pointing servers to your ip so it treated it like a trojan or some kind of viruses.. anyway, for a solution i would close my anti virus and try again if still not, i would change the anti virus for good :D ... hope this will work, thanks for watching :)

for the serial numbers just go to thepiratebay and type adobe master collection keygen an choose the suitable torrent and download it with utorrent.. open it. choose ur program. patch it an enter the key...

thanks man. i did what u said only to realize that it was already done when i installed photoshop cs6... same file descriptions were there.. since that i have no problem with adobe.. :)

Thanks but now I suddenly can't upload photos to FB, gmail or anything that requires flash player. :-/ Anybody else experience this?

@beatbanger well.. i would say the problem is not because of the hosts file modification, it has nothing to do with flash player.. what i would do in this case is trying one or more of these methods:

1. remove web browser and re-install or use a different one

2. re-install flash player from adobe.com

3. clear cache, temp. files, history, etc.

@omarbasha93 When I go through Installation and enter one of your serials, its telling me that they are invalid, upon multiple entries.

Should I just install the trail version and enter it later? If so, what should I use as an adobe login ID?

@Lacoux Hello, first of all I didn't provide any serials in the video.. So, you can search google for some serials and use one of them during installation and then when it asks for registration just click register later and then change the Hosts file and you are done or you could change the Hosts file before installation, that's all..
