  • tu es francais ?

  • @djet46 ouais, il est français

  • @JeremyGSU when something as good as the Terminator series comes along, its best to expand its universe

  • you need way more subs my friend i love your channel

  • He will back!

  • these behind the scenes are very cool

  • so the building is now shorter then it was in the movie?

  • @17143972290 Yes the roof is gone

  • @JeremyGSU hahahahahahhaha Yeah I know when i remembered what i wrote I couldn't find the comment so I sad the hell with it hahahahhahahahhahahahaha ;_) But anyway you know what I meant ;-)

  • @JeremyGSU Steven spilberg brought soul into this movie ....as he does for every single one of his movies..... No Spilberg no awesome History Making Terminator as much as I am concerned ...just a good action flick and thats it

  • Thanks so much for uploading this! I greatly appreciate it as I love this movie. Great video. What state is this located in?

  • the building looks really different has i changed since or was it all camera tricks

  • there's going to be a terminator salvation sequel, no doubt

  • Actually if they had used the kid from T-2 as John Conner in T-3 it woulda been a lot better.

  • Great video. As a fan of the Terminator franchise, it makes me; even more of a fan of these great action movies. Thank you very much for putting alot of effort into these small films. You will ; someday be directing your own action flix.

  • HAHA at 4:05 Arnold is shooting at 350Z, thanx Arnie I hate that car.But I love older Zs.

  • Great video, if I ever end up in the USA and in that area I'd be sure to use it for a guide.

  • the best, the best , the best , the best !!

  • they actually blew up the third floor or did they just build an extra floor for the movie.

  • @Unclesamslair According to the booklet in the Extreme edition, they built the 3rd floor !

  • Thank you

  • Salut. Reportage bien sympa, ca doit faire bizarre de se retrouver sur des lieux mythiques comme cela et de fouler la terre de lieux ou des scènes cultes ont été tournées. Tu as un accent, serais-tu français? Bonne continuation

  • Hi ! crick on your video again ! very nice video dude ! keep it up !

  • To me the Terminator series ends with T2. I try to pretend the other two were never made. I wish I could send a Terminator back in time to destroy T3 and Terminator Salvation. ² - Wow I totally agree with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loved the video

  • hehehe, u little lovable ragamuffin scam

  • I'm luvin it.

  • Great video about my favorite movie. I visited today and had a look around. I was parked close to where that silver car is at 4:07. I guess the overall area looked smaller to me than expected, but then again it looked bigger in the movie with the false floors added on the roof.

  • @JeremyGSU

T3 was not that bad actually!!! But T4 salvation sucked really a big time indeed!!! What a shame for those directors

  • Awesome- and I bet most people just drive by and have no idea, huh? hehe That movie was one of the first that shaped the way I perceived films as a child and onward. Great scene- I just wish I had never noticed that the ammo belt is not moving when Arnold is shooting the mini-gun!

  • @sonbuhitsunei That's actually not an ammo belt, but an internal feeder. You can actually see spent cartridges dropping out the bottom. So now you can watch that scene again :-p

  • @stinson101 Ah I wasn't aware that was how it worked- now there's just that pesky 'windshield pops out of the semi when it lands, then reappears in the next scene' bit...and the scene in the bar where he throws the guy onto the stove and the smoke is clearly not coming from his hands. Ah well, mistakes happen in all films! Still pure cinematic magic and one of my favorite films of all time!

  • thanks for this, i can't wait to finally visit all the locations of T2

    cheers from New Zealand

  • 4:45 notice how the trees have grown, the 3 trees still there, as well as lamp post, fantastic..

check this out for the day after filming...

    /watch?v=pwnwq6he8ho

  • Pretty cool.

Good audio work, very well done.

Can someone tell me the address of that building, so we could view it with google maps?

    Thanks.

  • hi, i found that the full address is 47131 Bayside Pkwy., Fremont, CA 94538, company occupying the particular building is called mattson inc. greetings.

  • Class video .If there was a terminator filming location tour I would book my tickets today.Great job

  • I remember when they did the filming at this location in Fremont back in the fall of 1990. Even witnessed the building explosion as well. Today, I still drive by this location on the way to work on Interstate 880. Funny side story. About 3 years ago, our Govenator, Arnold, did a Caltrans grand opening of a newly built freeway interchange not more that 200 yards from this very location. Very ironic.

  • LOL. You are right. When I wrote this quote...I did not know how bad "Terminator Salvation" would be. :)

  • @HerveAttia It wasn't bad guys, it just wasn't Terminator.....Overall it was a good movie.

  • funny thong is that there actually IS a company named Cyberdyne... too bad they don't have their bureaus in this building :P

  • best movie ever

wish i visit fremont CA someday

  • I lived in Fremont, CA,, Menlo Park, CA, and Foster City, CA. between 2000 and 2003. At every highway exit in Silicon Valley California there are retinal scanners. If you do not live there you cannot get off the highway. There are these large steel barricades to keep out those who do not belong there...in the high tech corridor. If you go, make sure you contact either an employer or relative so you can be added to the visitors list.

  • Thnx dude, but i live thousands miles away from CA.. but somehow i feel connected to fermont, foster city and the terminator 2 movie! and its filming locations, this movies is my best movie ever since i was a kid.

  • I was just kidding Joe. Silicon Valley is unreal. If you deeply, passionately love technology and what it can achieve and have a degree in a technology related field that is supported in Silicon Valley you MUST go. How to explain this to you? Uhhh, Ok, do you like sex? Silicon Valley is as cerebral and as pleasurable as sex. Hahahahaha. Ok, now do you get it.

  • LOL

oh now i got it! :P

    i know u were kidding man... :P

  • hahahaha lmao

  • cool

  • one of the most well known buildings in the world

  • T2 stopped Judgement Day. There is nothing after that.

Salvation should have been the future war from August 29,1997 and onwards, it should have ignored T3 competely like Superman Returns does to Superman 3 and 4.

  • yeah i agree :) they couldve done SO MUCH MORE with T4....

  • M79 grenade launcher...Love it.

  • That dude was really cool about the whole thing.

  • they are still fully operative... "mattson" my ass, its a facade, Miles B. Dyson work is On

  • I wouldnt call it ironic, id call it hiding in plain sight.

  • Wonderful. Keep the work up. By the way 'Walls of hope' inlcuding all the first blood locations were great. Will be getting the DVD soon. How did you get that bloke to assist you at the building. He was cool.

  • yes the rick guy was good man letting you film, and got to say i am sure if he ever found this clip, he would be impressed with overall video :)

  • tres cool

  • one of the best movies of our time, hands down!

  • I went there, but was wondering about the end if u used photo shop or something because those cars weren't there, unless they moved them. I thought it might have been some part of a display commemorating the film but whatever.

  • so you didn't blow it up then?

  • Wow. How things change in a few years. This is amazing. Great job man. I love your work. Thanks for your hard work and efforet to bring us this great videos.

    5/5

    P.S.

Have you thought of Idiana Jones. That would be brutal... ;)

  • yo man i live in San Jose, and I wanna go check this place out. can u give me the address for this building or how to get there.

  • Very cool. Thanks for making this!

  • duh? this vid is great....

Maybe instead of running your mouth ...why don't you take your camcorder and do better??

  • @edqu81 thats funny dude

  • Cool vid, Herve. It's interesting to see a then & now perspective from the actual filming location!

  • amazing! you've caught on to something Attia; all film buffs would love your work!

  • Aww, that was awesome!!!

  • dude, that guy is so cool to show you around.

  • I liked the scene with Carl Gibbons, the front desk guard who got tied up in the bathroom.

  • Gibbons.?

Gibbons! Come on man! ya can't leave the desk like that!

  • Love that scene.

  • Good job! I was working near by there couple years ago, didn't even think about visiting.

  • I think it will be a nice idea to visit there now perhaps

  • Awesome! If I ever make it out to California I want to visit this place.

  • did u go in any of the rooms?

  • Nice to see what happend to the Building after so long time.

    THX for the Ride Bro!!!!!

  • This company, Mattson, also has a website which is also interesting.

The building was owned by Renco at the time the movie was filmed, I believe.

  • i didnt know that place was real

  • Were those blown up cars still there? I dont believe that.

  • no man, he added them with a computer dude

  • Fantastic video. That shot of you running along the kerb into the film explosion was brilliant.

  • Hey I noticed the Human Casualties 000 is your own Termavision sequence. The one in T2 in that scene is Human Casualties:0.0. What did you use to do yours?

  • it is taken from t3 : cemetery sequence :)

  • Great Work again!

  • Awesome!
