I dont get people who film horrible things like this or jump out of thier cars as by standers and get right in the victims faces and start filming them with thier cell phones. I just wish to get a baseball bat and whack some sense into them . Its just plain idiodic and disrespectful to the victims. The guy filming even kicks car, motor cycle parts around like the police dont need it to gather evidence.
In Romania there is no police officer that has the skills to investigate this.Things are prety simple : you drive fast, you kill people and pay the police to make the dead person guilty.He's allready dead so he wont go to prison. But u're alive so it will be bad for u to go to prison.Act like u have remorse about the things u have seen (not done) and in 4 weeks or so you are back in business : driving fast killing people and making them guilty. Great country shitty people !
