  • maybe not so popular like justin bieber but the cast here is the biggest, worst and most stupid thing humanity could create, making it an all time marketing exaggeration hopefully not to be repeated, be grateful for witnessing it, stupid or not it is history

  • we could be next!!!!!!! unless we destroy Iran and Pakistan

  • I vote to use them on the taliban to show stone throwing cave apes who's boss, NUKE NUKE MIDEAST SAVE OUR TROOPS NUKE NUKE, They took our tax money to make all the nukes now take troops when all they need to do is.... NUKE NUKE THE MIDEAST!!!

  • the majority of the tests in this video were before 1960...

  • gamma radiation breaks down dna which causes mutated dna, they spread as cancer.

  • imagine being in the middle of that

  • why keep testing a-bombs after japan in 45? i would have thought after 20 or so years after everyone knew what the fuck went down there that we'd generally accept that, yeah, maybe nuclear arms aren't such a hot idea after all. shit's bad enough with firebombing, but of course we just have to cook up more efficient and stupidly destructive means to kill ourselves. war is sometimes necessary but this shit i have a hard time defending. im not some lame hippie, i just wish we had more common sense

  • @bijibadness wed be stupid to get rid of them now because then russia or pakistan or nkorea would decide to use theirs on us and we wouldnt be able to retaliate

  • GEE....... NOW I KNOW WHY CANCER IS A LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH :)

  • @atmas7 umm nukes dont cause cancer genius. they caus rad poisoning

  • I like how the US just puts random shit in the path of the bomb, "oh yeah, we're just putting some stuff out here for uhh... testing." I'm not a scientist but I know what happens to sheep when they're put next to an nuclear weapon.

  • which track is this??

  • Cameras with Optic Zoom 500X 1000X

  • How did all these cameras survive????

  • @BeccaGSD cameras were many many kilometers away, do u know the weather in New Land , Novaya Zemlya, Nowa Ziemia (pl) Nowaja Semlja ? ; p There is no weather atm thats why you feel cold in europe, maybe!!!

  • good video although I'd like to also say that hydrogen bombs are probablty the most evil things man have ever created - the ultimate weapon with no discimination what they burn/destroy/irradiate. how come no footage of the tsar bomba on the vid?

  • Look Tsar is there

  • Congratulations US on the health care bill. I country can be viewed I think on how it treats its ill folk no matter if they are rich or poor. Watch M-Moore Sicko to see what I mean. Speaking as an Englishman I can say I am so proud of my health care which although isnt perfect is something I would rather have than have not. If I ever was diagnosed with a terminal disease I know I would not die alone, in fear & in pain. I think today the US edged closer to the ideal being humaitarian

  • in the case of hiroshima: no

in test cases the let the bomb explode at a lower altitude to reduce fall out.

when in use as a weapon in action the let the bomb drop much higher than test cases for the full effect of the bomb in question.

  • there has got to be a good version of this something like the sun.

  • for god sake, people. Dropping nukes on countries kills civilians, innocent people, not just the bad guys. And nukes cause long-term environmental damage. Nuking our enemies isn't the solution, people. And anyone who thinks it is the solution, go look up information on post-nuke Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and learn something from history.

  • yeh man the top echelons are all fuckin arse holes... they aint ever gonna have a war though, well not a real one at least, they're all bloody related lol

  • liberals and communists are two different things you rightwing war monger

  • What's the music at 5:30?

  • racist... its not every middle eastern person you know

  • THE UNITED STATES OF USA

    YEAH!!!

  • agreed

  • go america go!!you are a disgrass to man kind

  • learn how to spell before you diss an entire country retard

  • what a shame though, we could use them against islamic countries, save ourselves a bundle on dole cheques and extra police....

  • agree

  • finally!! an atomic bomb montage WITHOUT linkin park, cannibal corpse or other shite death/rap metal.....ahhhhhhhhhhh! this is the life son! another Branik please.....

  • @SebastianEngland while i definitely agree with your sentiments on the overuse of "heavy" music like linkin park and the like in videos like these, its dismissive and lame to call it shite. you may not like it, but taste is relative, not absolute. i wish people would learn that.

  • @SebastianEngland what do u want from death metal, melodic death is really cute ;p Amorphis - The White Swan for example

  • the awesome might and power that we are capable of is terrifying

  • cool except for music

  • i wonder what a mid air detonation would look like

  • most atomic bombs detonated mid air, the hiroshima bomb exploded at something like 6000 FT

  • @pieplicht Actually it detonated at about 500 feet off of the ground

  • Boom :3

  • awesome video ... thanks for putting it together what is the name of the underground test where the earth bulges up and the fireball breaks through

  • si eso fue la bomba atomica no me quiero inmaginar la bomba nuclear o.0 volamos todos!

  • Stupid YTs destroying paradise because they think it's theirs to destroy.

  • There ar animals at 7:43 :'(

  • poor animals never saw it comin =(

  • of coarse the animals saw it coming the explotion was like a mile high

how couldnt they have seen it?

  • it was a joke, you can also notice them trying to get out.

  • Castle Bravo test was in 1954 not in the lapsus 60-90

  • fuk!they were exploding mountains rising out the ground tht is mindbending

  • Many of the nuclear tests conducted at Eniwetok and other places were bigger than the Fat Man and Little Boy dropped at Hirshima and Nagasaki. All the tests are posted on the internet for review, I didn't memorize them all, but the facts are there. Including the testing of H Bombs.

Eniwetok was only about 25 miles across and they tested almost 50 weapons there and I would bet the majority were way bigger and more effective than those dropped in WWII.

  • It wouldn't be hard to look up those facts, so I'm speaking only from a guess in that post. Like I said, the factual information is there a simple goo gle search away.

  • When I bought my 99 Camry in of all years, 99, it would take about 22 USD to fill it up. Now it takes 70 USD. Not that I wish high gas prices on Aussies, It is nice to see that we are not the only ones feeling the pinch.

  • "The Coming Energy Wars

Oil prices could hit $200 a barrel in the next few months. How the spike changes everything..."

This is where I believe the threat starts. We consume 25% of the worlds production. There are emerging nations such as China that are hungry. Put the US off the block and 25% of the world's reserves are up for grabs.

Beg the question, why were Russia's top EMP scientists in country for North Korea's underground nuke test two years ago? Hmmmmmm?

  • P.S. you're one of the few people who I have talked to that understood the danger of an EMP attack. I was tanked, tired and stressed when I made the USMC remark...however as a Navy man and the son of a Navy man and the grandson of Navy man, I realize the Marines are still a department of the Nav...hooorah. Hahaha.

  • why make these bombs. There is no point in war besides only 2 atomic bombs have been used so all those bombs arnt atomic

  • have a cookie, then have your mom or your nana change your diaper.

  • what?

  • what, what?

More than two atomic bombs have been used. In addition, I lived in a place for six months where almost 50 atomic and hydrogen bombs were "used", so I don't understand your statement.

Besides, there is a reason to continue research into nuclear weaponry, haven't you ever seen "Dawn of the Dead" or "Deep Impact"?

If there was a comet heading for earth or a mass outbreak of zombies, A-Bombs will be needed.

  • im not saying we might not need them im saying

We have enough and Dawn of the dead? I Dought Zombies will come up and i havent seen deep impact so dont know bout that one

  • they had a nuke 10times more powerful than Hiroshima but used it to test on their own troops, Its not Nukes that will destroy the earth, its governments that will

  • no belief in death cults such as religion will destroy the earth, not a-bombs or war.

  • The bombs wont rip the earth apart it will be the radiation emitted which overheat the planet and destroy the atmosphere

  • nope. There's been enough bombs tested to equal a nuclear war and the planet did not overheat and the atmosphere is still here. In fact, I spent six months in a place where almost 50 atomic and h bombs were tested in a 25 mile radius and I suffered no ill effects. Nuclear war is survivable and MAD is joke, just as MADD is a joke.

  • i love nukes ^^

  • lol, we can destroy ourselves, not the planet

  • Yes you are so right we will destroy the eco-system that supports us. But why because we just can't tolerate people who think differently than ourselves. What a fucked-up spices we are?

  • mmm spices

  • doe's anybody understand the meaning of these bombs are they necesary in this world

we all want world peace huh try to ramember that!! INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE DYING WITH THIS CRUELL WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION

  • mmmm well in a weird way i think nukes made the world safe, i mean no country is gona attack another country with nukes no country can afford to take such a risk.

  • No one has been nuked since WWII. So not many innocent people are dying. They already died.

  • "No one has been nuked since WWII"

USMC or U Suck My Cock, tell that shit to the victims of Chernobyl.

  • As in atomic bomb on purpose, not Three Mi;e Island. Take some pills to control your temper dude.

  • I stood in an atomic bomb crater at Eniwetok, my old man spent 16 years on FBM patrols on Polaris missile subs. I don't have a temper, I have a temperament.

  • Beacause youv'e been to a place doesn't make you more experienced on the matter.

  • Define more experienced. I'm not a nuke physicist, but my old man rode FBM submarines for a career. Nuclear war is survivable, the proof in the pudding is the fact that enough tests have been conducted to equal a large scale nuclear conflict and yet everyone is still here...people live in the test sites now and it's only been a blink of the eye since those tests in regards to periods of history. People live in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. People live at Eniwetok and Bikini.

  • I know all that and I know it is possible to survive nuclear war, but you are going by one bomb at at time if we launch all our missiles we won't kill everyone but we will nab most of them. But I agree the radiation thing is a bit overdone by people.

  • True, if there was a large scale nuclear conflict it would be a very bad thing for most living things on this planet for the immediate time period.

However, the single most realistic threat to the US is not total nuclear war, but stategic nuclear war or an Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP) attack which only needs a minimum of one a-bomb in order to be successful.

An EMP attack by nuclear explosion would leave the US as a third world country.

  • I always believed we never looked at that as a security risk enough. Only hardened facilities and a fraction of the military would be able to work.

  • I think most of our military would be able to work under an EMP attack scenario, but civil society here in the US and North America in general would be "Katrina-esque" chaos.

Would be able to launch a retaliation? Definitely. Who would we launch it against with our nation in chaos? If the offending nation was Belarus, would the Russians stand by while we nuked them? If the offending nation was France, would all of Europe stand by while we nuked them. What if we didn't know who did it?

  • chernobyl was a nuclear plant meltdown, not a nuclear explosion

  • some of these at thermonucler explosions u know

  • 7:42, are those pigs running around in direct line of site of the detination? ouchy

  • Can tell they were scared too - running around everywhere just before the blast hit

  • thats what i was thinking, they're probably really scortched too

  • 30 atomic bombs cant destroy earth or we all would be dead by no 30 can destry canada and usa

  • no 30 bombs can destroy the world. Only 2 atomic bombs in history exploded on land. it would take roughly 2 atomic bombs to destroy america, on on each coast a third one if you want to garauntee no survivors. Lets see since America is rougly 1/9 of all land mass of earth... 3 * 9 = 27. Do the math 30 bombs is more than enough to rip through Earth's core and split it in half

  • They would have to be extremely large like in the gigaton range. And it would take bombs in the terraton range o crack the planet. Your equation is inaccurate.

  • Dude the states arn't that big at all

  • Still to big for 2-3 nukes.

  • kazegiri's comment illustrates why people with IQs lower than 12 should not be allowed to vote, procreate or comment on YouTube.

  • In our state, 12 year olds do not have the right to have sex or to vote, so you must live in Missouri, Arkansas or Eastern Europe.

  • fruiqtoid, they tested almost 50 atomic bombs at Eniwetok atoll alone. Eniwetok was only about 25 miles across. The also tested H-bombs there and one H-bomb disintegrated a whole island. Yet, we lived there and worked there and yadda, yadda, fucking yadda...the earth's core didn't split in half.

  • Having one go off would cause enough damage!!

  • 5:12 the best

  • 30 atomic bomb can even destroy america

  • no. 50 didn't destroy Eniwetok atoll and it was only 25 miles across. So go fuck your self until you need socialized medicine, guido.

  • Language!

  • mines better lol jk,and everyone wonders why cancer ran rampant from the 40's on

  • Good compilation, but horribly inaccurate title. You're vastly, vastly, underestimating the yield required to destroy this planet.

  • Technically, if the atoms kept dividing in the bomb it would eventually unravel everything, destroying planet earth and perhaps more.

  • But they don't, so it doesn't matter.

  • No, they wouldn't, technically or otherwise.

  • No they don't one. If they did the first nuke test would have destroyed the planet.

  • I was saying if they fucked up, well... but they didn't, lucky for us.

  • How many atomic bomb and h-bomb tests have there been since Trinity? More than enough to cover a World War's worth, right? And you're still here sniveling, pissing and moaning. Freaking imagine that. Nuclear war is not only survivable, but we survived one or a dozen already and you didn't even know it.

  • Good compilation.
