The General theory of Relativity has to do the calculation of the "time differential" caused by slow of time when the satellites travel at incredible speeds, they are an extension of Newton's physics equations that without it GPS technology would no be possible or extremely inaccurate. The General theory of Relativity has to do the calculation of the "time differential" caused by slow of time when the satellites travel at incredible speeds, they are an extension of Newton's physics equations that without it GPS technology would no be possible or extremely inaccurate. It has little to do with the electromagnetic spectrum spectrum. Seems you didn't pay attention in your physics class.

It was arranged by David Humphreys, Joel Barlow and Joseph Donaldson and was signed by President John Adams during his term. Washington was not in the picture.
