I have one of these and there are a few problems i keep running into, one is that the computer randomly switches it'sself off (No idea why) Another is that it just freezes, and i dont mean a lag spike or anything, it just stops responding entirly and if I have sound playing it's as if it's stuck on a 0.1 sec loop. and finnaly, sometimes the toutch screen has a mind of it's own; it littraly clicks and moves randomly w/o me telling it to and it dosnt respond to me at all, any help please?

@lolzomgz1337 My computer kept turning off so I changed the power plan for the battery.It worked.Just click on the battery and change your current power plan to a diferent one.

I bought this AZ5610 a week ago. It's really a nightmare! It hangs and prompts a problem on Acer eRecovery Managment:

NAPP_KM:NAPP7.exe-Application Error

The exception unknown software exception (0xc000000d) occurred in the application at location 0x10054162.

Replaced 2 times by retailer and 1 time by Acer themselves, problem still surfaced. I suspect the bundled software by Acer is inferior (incompatible). Can anyone help me on this?

What you could tell everyone though is that as there are no brightness controls on the machine how do you change the brightness? This is getting really annoying.

@themightybarbour erm, you'll have to change the brightness through the control panel. manual adjustment. =p

Acer Aspire Z5610 is great! I bought it like 2 weeks ago. It fell of my desk on the screen and I thought omg it wont work but guess what! It's not only working like it did before but there is also no scratches what so ever! I love this PC. Best purchase ever :D

yes i have tis pc and its brilliant uptade graphics and touch screen. you cant turn off the screen by pressing a button but sett the dislpay to turn off aftter i minute of no activity
