I've gotten pretty good at bit.trip beat on my Mac + mouse setup (I have a top 10 on the leaderboards) but I can't even come close to this.

Buy it on steam. It's way easier to play with a mouse and anyones computer can run this game.

I don't think many people can apreciate just how hard it is to do what he's doing in this video. My Wiimote is messed up from being so old, so along with having to get past the accelerometer screwing up on me and me sucking at this game, I can't get past 2 minutes of Growth, lucky I even got that far to begin with. I don't blame the Wiimote as much as I blame myself. Anyway, 5 stars, I might post a video reply of me sadly attempting to do that if I have time to prove my point.
