the patch does work but you have to extract the patch folder then right click on the patch and run as administrator, you dont have to disable your antivirus unless you have somthing like nero or mcafee.

just to let everyone to know whenever you install any patch you have to run the patch as an administrator.

install the program first then run the patch but you may have to turn off your antivrus off untill its done but its perfectly safe

well there is no virus because i scanned them both with kaspersky 2009. sometimes anti virus programs see patches as viruses. if you want you could disable your anti-virus just until you patch it.

no problem, which version are you using....if its the newer one then click the ismail folder and inside there should be a program called ismail, it should look like a alien or something then a cow will show up playing some weird music just click and your done.

if its the old one it should be in the patch folder

Thanks for this share i was looking for something like this. 100% working oh and one tip the antivirus that i have nod32 deletes the patch so you might want to put on the description to disable wile downloading and patching for this to work if not it will say its a trojan. Just wanted to help.
