If so, that is the right power. It's one of Shadow's attacks, first introduced in the game Shadow the Hedgehog, and is also used by Shadow in Sonic the Hedgehog 2006.

If you're talking about the move Nazo uses, well of course it's the wrong power. "Hyper Chaos Control", or whatever it's called, doesn't exist. It's a made up technique specifically for Nazo.
