@DayAfterDay56 He said: Fresh Orange Juice also u can see some pieces right there xD! So no, isnt Orange Juice from packaged. I doubt that you can use packages juices as they contain chemical preservatives, and on my experience make food acid.
Ahh man this looks good, gonna have to try it. Nicko you've corrupted me! I made some teriyaki chicken stir fry the other night and the first thing out of my mouth was "YUM-OH!"
@Persianamir20 Have you ever heard the way Americans talk? They sound like Big Macks sizzling in a pan. Everyone laughs at the way Americans talk lol. They all sound like Big Bird from that dreadful childrens program Sexami street lmao.
You have to open your own resturant and call it "Niko's All You Can Eat Buffet" I think it would make a great resturant, I'd come and try your foods, so would you open your resturant?
this is a great recipe, i make something very similar but with tiny chicken wings. i hate meaty drumstick, i get sick before i finish it. but yes, honey glazed mini wings are godly.
@robjnixon Nicko, if you've got vegetarians loving your food, you're definitely doing something awesome. Also, if you have 'haters' wasting their time commenting on your videos, you're more awesome than awesome. You got two gorgeous girls at home, mate. Negativity can't touch you! :D
Nicko is it possible to make a larger ammount of the marinade and maybe leave the chicken in the marinade over night to soak up more flavour. Of course crisping the skin would be a bit more challenging I guess. Like i'm no expert cook or anything but it was just a throught ^^.
Or is the marinade that strong you really wouldn't need to leave it overnight?
@Kerokai im not Nicko, but if you want to leave it over night to soak up more flavours then i suggest you roast the drumsticks in an oven, if its done long enough in medium temperature, it is possible to achieve crispness all around. give you have a rack that will give the chicken some air space to let the sauce/marinade drip down.
Love your videos or else i wouldn't be here. one point though, I would use a whisk to incorporate the mustard with the honey. Needs to emulsify and be brought together fully before the sauce can be successful.
You know Nicko, I sometimes make almost the same marinade - only with olive oil in place of the orange juice and zest. It's amazing, and I don't doubt your version tastes fantastic as well. Yummeh. Or wait, I guess I should say yummo.
@uleexxx Nicko is a Greek name. Some greeks "turn" their names more english by finding the English language equivalent and using it, but im not totally sure if that's what he did.
@vaypet yep, that's right. Nico is short for Nicholas and in Greece which is a common name. And it's a simple name too, other Greek first names are diffy to pronounce!!

Looks very tasty Rob! I don't know if you'll think this is strange or not, but a recipe I learnt off my mum as a kid was to get chicken drumsticks and a pack of 50c home brand chicken noodle soup (the white packs with little noodles and seasoning), cover the chicken and bake in the oven.
