I have heard several great things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
I love making up exercises. As I learned, exercises that use the whole body are much more effective than direct ab exercises. One exercise I invented is called the WEIGHT BICYCLE CRUNCH. You lay down on the floor with a barbell or a pair of dumbells and lift up the weight while doing bicycles and crunches. I'm not an exercise specialist, but I think that exercise is very effective.
Lmao "can i do just burpees and lose fat?" google the 100 burpe challenge and do it. 100 days, let us know how much weight you've lost when your done with your 100 days.
I've never really considered Bodyweight Calisthenics for H.I.I.T. Cardio, but on your program I couldn't believe how lean I got with only 7-9 Minutes of Bodyweight Circuits. Plus all the Conditioning! Your the Man John!
We did this in the marines in boot camp. (except for the pushup and the jump at the end) That makes it more challenging. How long would you recommend to do this. We never did it more than 3 to 5 minutes.
