Don't you get it? Republicans are trying to get rid of your people. Immigration Reform, does that ring a bell? "Close the boarders", how about that one. You white washed wetbacks.
You make some good points. The fact of the matter is, so long as these corporations receive benefits that result in us paying taxes allocated to assist them in maintaining business; they do not have the right to outsource our jobs and still expect help from American citizens. On the Obama is Hitler statement...I question your intelligence...how many races has Obama hated, ordered dead, and what has he done other than try to fix a disaster created by an evil minority? It takes time to fix bub!

I have to disagree with you about your modern slavery statement. Economics is supply and demand, push and pull. If jobs are not outsourced for cheaper labor then yes there will be jobs but prices for products that we consume would uncomfortably rise and trickle throughout the economy not drastically but enough to rise the cost of living and at the end of the day not much has changed. I do agree with alot of what say though.
Well think about it in a different dynamic. Your right that not much changes, if its within say a country(not outsourcing labor). So even though costs rise, you have a somewhat consistent rise in the job market. Globalization more or less brings that to the lowest denomination. So the country with higher living standards, drops(not fully) but to a point of equilibrium of sorts with those lower labor nations. So what we must do is help those nations raise their quality of life, not lower the ours
This, for many reasons is not beneficial to corporations. But i suppose that is a battle one must choose, whether you are for the countries and its people, or for corporations and its profits.
@tempehigh03 well if your are in favor of "free-trade" then Americans should stop complaining about illegal immigrants! Due to NAFTA, mexican drug cartels, some how gain absolute power and control of mexico, and illegal immigration went to the roof in the US...look at the relaitons!
i JUST WANTED TO STOP AND CLAP FOR YOU REALLY SEEM TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WERE SAYING PEOPLE LIKE YOU SHOULD STAND OUT NOT PEOPLE MAKING RANDOM COMMENTS LIKE OBAMAS AUNT BEING MUSLIM WHICH HAD NOTHNG TO DO WITH THE VOTING
I think you need to take a few Macro economics classes and really understand where we are going as a nation that needs to compete with other countries. nice try but you need to get more educated and stop commenting based on feelings.
what do you mean really understand "where we are going as a nation that needs to compete with other countries"?? We are heading for globalization, whether we want to or not apparently. The President of Ecuador said it flat out in a statement to the U.N. earlier this year; "it is the immoral paradox, to on one side, promote the free circulation of products and companies looking for maximum profit, yet on the other side penalize the free flow of people looking for a good job".
Don't get upset, you are correct, we are heading to globalization therefore, we need to set the frame work. If we do not someone else will. You mentioned a lot of the issues but what are the solutions? TeleMex did made some folks rich and did not benefited as a whole (Mexico). The real issue with TelMex was corruption that continues to reign in Mexico. All I am saying is that we are entering into a new era and we cannot stop it. We need to be ready and discuss how all this is going to play out.
Well there is only one solution, a move away from a floating exchange rate system towards a fixed monetery system. This is where i guess i may differ, with say, a free market capitalist like Ron Paul. Because while we both believe in sound money, i believe its the responsibility of the government to create money, where he wouldn't have a problem with a private institutions doing so. Watch my other video, "Obama McCain there is no difference" i kind of touch on this subject.
Oh and for the record i have taken macro economics. I just do not agree with the system that is "driving us". You cannot force the price of production below the cost of production through free trade, because (as in the case of China) you create an economy that cannot sustain its population. But i suppose thats what free market capitalists do; create such an environment, then blame "laziness" on poor people. This is NOT the best we can do, read some Hamilton, get educated.
Good video but you lost me with the "lights map". I hope you realize that mountainous regions, huge deserts and deep jungles like the Amazon aren't lit up because we simply do not need lights there. The lights simply reflect areas of the world that are highly populated, areas where man has settled through history and yes, that means we tended to settle close to the coasts in most countries.

Maybe Obama changed his mind about Latinos because he got stranded in Highland Park and had to walk alone through there.
