@EmaratiBoy it's too individual to tell, at age two, a doctor did predict my parents I ll be 6'5 by multiplying height by two... both my parent were 5'9 but they we're not tall in their family, my dad was the shortest, all his brother were between 3 to 8 inches taller than him.

@TheJustawesome that is simply a lie. None grows 6 inches once out of growing process. When the epiphyses have ossified, u cant grow any more. U could undergo surgery but that would be stupid for sb with normal stature (>5,3 for males; >4,8 for females). The surgical method was developed for short statured people. They have a genetic defect.

@TheJustawesome thats a good result. U still have 2 yrs and if u do the stretching for 2 yrs u will even be taller than 6 ft. Important is to reach high as high as u can and do the hanging exercise too. Some say also 1 or 2 glasses of carrot juice helps, but do the exercises first. It really helps.

@qwertlily5 dude u dont need to buy shit. just do stretching exersis every day for 30 to 45 minutes 2 times a day and drink lots of milt. u can find stretching exersis in youtube. the most efectiff one is the touching ur toes whil standing without bending ur knees and whil sitting also without bending ur knees and thats about it.

To Mzege You are not fucked my lil turned 14 he was 5 ft over a couple of months he hit a growth spurt and now is around 5, 5 and still growing its like he grew over night remember men can still grow around 21+ you still have 6 years of growth just keep stretching
